As a student of SJS I would recommend this school for kids to have a good education for you children. I hope this school does not get bad reviews because this school is truly a masterpiece.

It is an amazing school, and follows all covid regulations. I love it here so much, but i wish we still had pizza friday :(. but still amazing school!

Every day we are steadfast and secure in our selection of St. Josephs for our childs education. Not only are the teachers incredible but the classes are much smaller than the rest of the area schools and the curriculum is outpacing other programs. Additionally, the families affiliated with St. Joes are warm, caring, amazing people that we love having our child grow up around. We would recommend St. Joes to anyone looking for a superior, well rounded, faith-based education for their children.

With so many good schools to choose from in this community, I thought it would be difficult to choose the right one for our children. After touring the school, meeting the teachers, and talking with other school families, there was no doubt in my mind that St. Joseph School was the right decision. It has proven to provide a challenging academic curriculum in a nurturing, welcoming environment. Faith formation is evident at every level, including preschool, which was important to us. The administration and teachers clearly love what they do and are accessible and responsive. My children have enjoyed the extracurricular activities available. The friendships my children, husband and I have made are invaluable.

Attended high School together. Married at st. Isaac Jogues Hinsdale Il. by Rev. Joseph McDonnell. Still together & holding hands some 48 years later. My boys are getting a great education focused on STEM but also on being a caring citizen. Sports are no cut and the community of parents is extremely welcoming. Ive met friends for life and so have my boys. We made the right choice.

Our second-grader loves going to school each day! St. Joes offers an excellent learning environment (thanks to great leadership and teachers) along with a warm, community feel (highlighted by the Catholic values that are an integral part of the St. Joes experience). This is truly a special place!

As a former student of Saint Joseph School, I can tell you this school is not at all a school I would recommend or send my children to. As a biracial student at this school, I was teased and I was the most diverse the class of forty students got. The academics are not better than a public school, which would cater to advanced or slower learning speeds. One of my peers was advanced in math, and was sent out into the hall alone to learn from a book she checked out from the local library. The teachers are not good quality, and grade subjectively. The teachers would punish kids for talking by making them stand in closets for ten minutes, and would belittle a kid for something insignificant. This school did not prepare me for college whatsoever, and did not prepare me for the real world full of diverse cultures, religions, and opinions. Take my word for it and do your children a favor by sending them somewhere else.
