Chicago Metro CPR made it really easy for me to renew my PALS! Instructor was knowledgeable and directed me to the parts of my renewal that were new to my practice. Sign up was easy and clear, I would definitely recommend using them for your advanced practice renewals.

Our instructor was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and confident during the entire class. He was repetitive, in a good way, which helped me remember key details to be able to perform proper high quality CPR, as well as pass the test. Ive been doing my CPR/ACLS classes with this company for years. Theyre taught by paramedics generally and they cut to the chase, give a lot of good hints and dont waste your time. Plus, they have a lot of different times, for those of us who might wait until the last minute. I always recommend them.

I was very lucky to stumble upon Chicago Metro CPR. I did the online portion of the course and did the in person testing the next morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness and overall knowledge as well as the way it was presented. I was with a small group, 3 students to 1 instructor. The hands on portion was relatively quick and easy to follow along. I would definitely recommend Chicago Metro CPR and I will definitely use them in the future when it comes time to renew.

Fast and easy CPR certification. Complete the online AHA course, which was comprehensive and interactive. The in-person part is modified for COVID-19 protocols. So small groups where each person got their own practice dummy. Dummy’s were well functioning that let you know if your compressions were proper depth. Overall a good program.

Since I am a medical student, time is precious to me. When I knew that I had to sign up for BLS recertification, I was worried that it would take up too much of my study time. But, Chicago Metro CPR Downers Grove helped me get the most out of my recertification experience in a timely and efficient manner. I love being able to do most of my ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications online, coming in for a relatively quick in person skills session. So happy I found Chicago Metro CPR. I have been to both the Downers Grove and Chicago locations. Both times the instructors were professional and efficient. I also required multiple reschedulings (my fault, not theirs) and again things were seamless. Will definitely be coming back for my future recertifications.

Signing up for a class was very simple. I had a schedule change and was able to easily reschedule my class by calling the office. This was my first ACLS course and it was both thorough while being respectful of the individual class’s time and needs.

The BLS course I took prior to going to in-person training was awesome. I loved being able to take it on my own time and how the program catered the instructions to your specific level of learning/understanding of the material. It really helped me learn it more. The instructor at the Downers Grove location, where I went to demonstrate my skills was pleasant, calm and very sanitary. It only took me 15 minutes to demonstrate my skills and it was done in a great, socially distanced way - even 2-person CPR! He had myself and another individual work on two different dummies, 6 feet apart, while performing the same two person CPR. It was great and I will continue to use Chicago Metro CPR for all my future BLS certification renewals!

I needed an ACLS renewal class for work and I had a really great experience with this class as the instructor was very nice, knowledgeable and patient with the students. I felt safe since the facility followed COVID guidelines. The best part was that the instructor covered the essential topics in a way where I aced the exam and completed the class in a timely manner...highly recommend.!

Due to covid-19 my CPR license had lapsed and our regular route for renewing was not available.i am so glad I found the Chicago Metro CPR classes. I’ve been doing my CPR class here for 6 years and I love it! I do the blended course so most of it is online. They have awesome simulations online to help you learn what to do in every situation. I feel very confident with my CPR skills after taking this course.

First time taking a class with Chicago Metro CPR, and the experience was excellent! The instructor, Edward, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained things in ways that were easy to understand, and I really liked how he took the time to give rationales at the end so wed learn from our mistakes. The environment was nice and conducive to learning; they offered water or coffee in the back. Great experience! Id definitely come back here for my renewals.

I really enjoyed my experience of the hands-on training that I received at the Downers Grove location of Chicago Metro CPR. It was a very straight-forward and informative session that went by quicker than I had expected. The instructor was very kind and helpful, making sure that each of his student performed each task correctly.

First off the place was very clean, and with this covid virus going around they took extra precautions by limiting the amount of people in the room and disinfecting everything before giving the manikins to the students. The instructor was very nice as well, and gave us more information than the video that would help us in the long run. It was a great experience, and I am happy that I took it here!

Chicago Metro in Downer’s Grove is a great place to get BLS certified. I scheduled my hands-on class and completed the online portion first. It was very easy to work through. At the location, Thomas was a great instructor. He was committed to following the COVID guidelines during the class. He was also very knowledgeable about all the information for BLS. The best thing was that I was done in 30 minutes or less.

I was BLS certified through the online class and in person skills check. The instructions for completing the course were clear and any concerns were quickly addressed. My skills check instructor was thorough and concise.

I have returned here for years to renew my BLS for Health Care CPR/American Heart Association CPR here and I just love it. The instructors are all very experienced and will individually help you out. The location is easy to find, plenty of parking, clean and comfortable. Its open book and notes now, so no more test jitters...and staff goes out of their way to really get you certified ASAP.

I took this class for the nursing program at my school. The place was very clean and we were socially distanced. My instructor, Katherine, was super nice and very helpful in teaching us BLS/CPR/AED. Really good cpr class. The instructor is actually a fireman/paramedic. Its very clean and the instructor was very personable. He kept it interesting. The class was very small and intimate which was nice. I recommended him to my company. Will definitely use them again in 2 years.

Richard Chaput provided a safe space with hand sanitizer and spatial distance. Students were required to wear masks. He gives constructive criticism resulting in better performance. Manikins were provided for each student. Cases were presented in real world scenarios which improved my confidence.

I needed to renew my CPR for school and work. This class made it super easy and simple to do that. It was a pretty fast class but I still learned so much and it refreshed my memory. I will definitely be signing up for this class in the future.

I took the BLS class at the Downers Grove location since I felt more confident seeing an AHA approved location that was 1)close and 2)not at a private residence.It was reassuring to see our instructor, Michael, properly follow COVID social distancing guidelines. We had modifications to the two-person rescue activities, but I still felt like I was able to gain a comprehensive understanding. He offered great insight, was very friendly, and gave constructive criticism to help us better our skills and technique before moving forward!I know for sure Ill be coming back to recertify and Id definitely recommend my friends and family to take classes here.

Very nice staff, only went in for a skills assessment as I did my CPR, AED, and First Aid Training online. I was in and out quickly, the instructor got right to the point, was very quick and concise on directions and the different modifications that could be made in every scenario.

Another awesome experience at the Downers Grove location. The instructor Thomas Gahagan was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and engaging. Although theres much to cover in the class, the time flew by. The videos were well done and showed various scenarios with thorough explanation afterward. The practice mannequins have lights that give feedback on the depth and speed of compressions to help improve ones CPR skills. I highly recommend this class to everyone.
