Very good course and very affordable. The material was easy to follow and the instructors were available to answer all my questions. I loved the online structure and feel very prepared for the state exam.

There is a lot of information in this course, but I feel like it was was presented very clearly and in an easy to understand manner. The instructors responded to questions quickly and there were plenty of practice questions. Overall, I was very happy with this school.

I’m gonna be honest and say literally please pick any other school. It’s hard to get in communication with the instructor for correct answers, the further you get into the lessons the lazier he gets with the audios, it’s not very interactive, you will require a lot of your own dipping for information cause this alone doesn’t do you justice. Just please— spend your money elsewhere. It’s an awful experience. I wish I had picked somewhere else.

Let me start by saying, you get what you pay for. The course is set up very “cheap”. You basically get a PDF typed up for each chapter. Most of the paragraphs are redundant and a 7-15 min lecture where the “Instructor” skims through the chapter. And if you have a question, don’t think you will get an answer. I wish I would’ve just picked another school even if it cost more.

Let me start off by saying this school posts fake google reviews... if you look at each profile of the person behind the review you will discover it yourself. This school is a scam!!I just bought a new study program for over double the price because this one is such low quality, I didn’t even bother to finish it. Best decision I ever made. I would of lacked a TON of knowledge and education had I not switched.First off, there are a ton of typos in the study material and repeated sentences. It’s like somebody wrote everything in one night and did not proof read and edit. How haven’t the mistakes been recognized and fixed?? There is also zero structure in the notes and it actually makes the material more confusing. The “audio lessons” are so short and it’s just a recording of a guy quickly reading over the notes(my new program has videos hours long with actual lectures with a ton of real life examples & additional notes/writing). Lastly, all throughout the notes it says refer to the chart and there is not one chart in any of the lessons.Scam artists.

Great experience with this school! The material is laid out well and easy to follow, the instructors respond quickly, and I was able to complete everything in short order with this course layout. Just completed the course and it was everything I needed. This school actually upgraded to a new website and student portal halfway through my course and oh my goodness...it is way better than the old one. Easy to follow, better organized, and any problems with the old one are fixed. Great course and the price is unbeatable as well!

Great school and great price. If you are looking for a self-study course, this one is the best. Everything you need to complete the course and pass the exam is included and laid out very well. Unbelievably impressed with this school. I was a little worried because the price was so low, but they delivered everything I needed to complete the course in two weeks and pass the state exam on my first attempt. I am very satisfied with everything they provided and will be back to take my post-licensing education.

Price is great honestly! Cant find a school at beats their prices. Love how they break it down and yes even though it is online, they respond via email with any questions pretty quickly. Already referred a few individuals.

I had a courses with this web site, they are unprofessional with people, the material is so destructed and unorganized when you trying to reach somebody, the communication is through the email only and no explanation, just redirect you to the material, when trying to call them they just hung up on you and you cant reach anybody. Baisecly you are receiving what you are paying for. There is no address for there facility and you cant reach any body. The lady on the phone so rude.

Just started but I love it already and the price is unbeatable. Im poor and was able to afford this course and cost was always a reason to put off real estate school in the pass and I caught them on a mothers day deal for half price which was awesome. I was able to pay my tuition and a friends and Im not currently working. Now we are on our way.

Awesome school! My wife and I both took the course and it worked out great. If you know the material you will pass the exam. Be sure to review the course again prior to your exam because the instructor presentations really helped me focus on the topics that were heavily tested on the state test.

I recently finished my online pre-licensing through RESOI. Great price, but you get what you pay for. Low quality of communication. For about a week throughout my process the system was down, and the only way they communicated there was an issue was if you emailed first. Even though it was there system that was down. Also I often had to retake test because their website wouldn’t allow me to finish or go to the next question. I had to email regularly because it’s not set up in the most uniform way. Once you’re “complete” on the actual site you have to take the final pre test through other sites. After finishing your 15 hour portion you have to email them instead of them getting the information automatically because they’re not fully computerized. I don’t think the learning has been updated in a while because the audios often refer to a book even though this is an all online school with no book. Not people oriented. They say you should test within a couple days of finishing but you don’t have that option since they use another third party company they know nothing about. I called because PSI the company RESOI schedules the exams through, to see if there was any exam sites that had anything before a month + out and they didn’t. I then asked would I be able to go to a proctor / testing center at a college near by and take it. They said that there were certain details of where we can take test I would have to get it from the school . So I then called RE School of Illinois. The first thing I heard as she asked was a barking dog. Which continued to bark as I asked my question . I asked her for details of what would be needed to test somewhere else since there’s no availability for over 2 months to test at the centers suggested on PSI. She said they don’t have that information even though they’re the ones who make the guidelines. All in all I wish I would have decided to spend the extra $200 on another site that’d actually care for the students and have better communication. I’m hoping to get my license soon since I recently finished my pre licensing but it looks like I won’t be able to test until almost the end of the year. Very disheartening. Spend your money wisely.

The course was very informational and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. If you know the information well from the course, you will pass the exam. I had a couple questions throughout the process and I was able to correspond with a instructor and get them answered. I completed everything about 3 weeks, and was able to pass the state exam and get licensed within a month of registering. Very highly recommended for others.
