A really cute Latina works here and they even open up additional registers when its busy. That Latina needs to hmu.

The store manager is really rude. A short Spanish girl. I asked to exchange a Tupperware lid that didn’t fit the bin I bought there. Granted I bought it at another location and they told me to try dracut so I did. She basically told me I “better” go back to the other store! Well I said excuse me?!?! She quickly changed her tune but still overall horrible experience!!!

There was an employee mocking an elderly person and that is just so wrong, but besides that it was ok for the most part

Completely re-arranged and re-organized. A very easy flow through the store all the way to the check out stands. This was well needed.

I just have to share this and I usually don’t let things get me this upset but I walk into the store and ask a cashier and ask him(I didn’t get his name) if they have anymore face masks, which I just bought one there The other day and before I even finish my sentence he rudely tells me “no, we don’t” and doesn’t even look at me as he replies. So I told him I just purchased one here a few days ago and he just repeated to tell me no. I asked to speak to a manager and he just points at the manager. At this point I am LIVID but fortunately the manager was very kind and ended up giving me a disposable mask free of charge. I will not be going back to this location EVER. It was a good experience I bought something and I had the wrong price but they did adjusted because it wasnt my fault it was the stores fault

Be careful! Products are marked with a price on the shelf but ring up for more money and they DO NOT HONOR THE PRICE THAT IS ON THE PRODUCTS! Specifically the candles. I won’t shop at a place like that. Never!

Just stopped in for a drink

There was so much stuff I kinda felt claustrophobic. Also couldve been cleaner.

Says 10pm on Sunday but 8:50pm and its closed

Its sad because this is a company and a shopping experience I used to really think a lot of. But this location seems to have lost a lot of their pride for the store as the general upkeep at this point is horrible. There was unkept shelves, and miscellaneous shipping materials all over the place. While the prices are still great and the options overall solid. Those who work there need to at least try.

IF YOU GO TO UMASS LOWELL, YOU NEED TO SHOP HERE. Less than 0.5 miles down riverside st from North campus.Awesome food variety/selection (all cheaper than what university convenience would offer you) AND there is super nice decor and lamps and bathroom utilities and everything you would need to accessorize your apartment/door room for CHEAP, STUPID CHEAP. Same quality as Target home accessories, but waaayyy better price

They say the close at 10:00pm. I have been there at 9:45 and the door is lock and light off. Not once or twice but several times!

I came here to this location and the store was closed before 10 pm. I called to speak with an employee. First was lady that said its closed. I asked her to direct me to a manager. The manager with her I spooke said that the store should be closed at 9:50pm.He was not professional and disrespectful

The workers seem like they hate there lives, it also is dirty, the Ailes are messy with the stuff thats supposed to be on the shelves. It smells weird and the workers never seem to be doing what they should be doing there always on there phones. But they still have all the chips I love!

Most of the employees are not friendly. They dont have enough staff. I went in today and a woman with a huge basket full of stuff was in front of me and then started ordering balloons to be blown up. I stood there for over 15 minutes as a huge line formed behind me!!!! She just kept ordering more and more balloons and then claimed one was leaking that she needed a new one. The employee should have either called someone up to take customers at the register or they should not accept large balloon orders unless they are called in ahead of time. Worst customer service. I left, I wonder how much longer all the other customers waited. 20 minutes to wait in line is ridiculous.

Staff not friendly, management worse

This store has many expired products already on their shelves ...Almost all employees look miserable ...(not many of them look like they even want to be working there?)..... good place to buy some quick cheap stuff overall but stay AWAY from plastic containers used for small soda and the 2 Liter Pepsi/ Sprite and other sodas because they buy them cheaper wholesale when they are already almost expired to be on the Shelf. Bought a couple of 2 Liter Pepsi today and they were both flat after opening for the first time! ( I even tested it with a 2 Liter Pepsi that I had in my fridge & you could notice the difference how family Dollars tasted BLAH, and the one I purchased elsewhere was so much BETTER! I should have seen the signs when there is no expiration date anyways on sodas there and they have tons of dust on them. Oh, did I tell you they charge $1.85 for a 2 Liter soda? Isnt that the same price as a convenience store? My bad, I forgot this is a Family Dollar

It was crowded, and I was overcharged for my items.

Every time Ive been here theyre blasting music, talking on the phone or talking to each other and not paying attention to the line waiting at the register. They had the price on the isle on thing and when I went to check out it was something else then when I asked the guy which price was right he said its a big store hell get to fixing it when he gets to it. Old white guy really rude and unprofessional. The Spanish workers are usually the one on the phone or with music.

Hours say open until 9PM I came at 8:45 and the doors were locked.

They made me spend 10 dollars on a charger when you can get one at 5 below for 5 dollars. They place is crowded. They price more products for more money when it says little price on it . I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGESTED THAT TO EVERYONE ELSE !!!!

I️ do merchandiser work in this store.. but haven’t been back in a month because of the mice problem here I️ fill the greeting cards picked up a box and the smell of ammonia almost made me puke I️ had to leave immediately. I️ called the board of health and they don’t care I️ found mice droppings on the shelves and chewed on boxes like cereal and pet food that whole plaza needs to torn down until they clean up that area I️ will not be back. Shame on the city of Dracut for allowing this.

Never been so disrespected ,925pm the girl.decided to close early and was yelling from the front of the store for everyone to get out,she said she had to get up.early in AM,and that the cash register shuts off at 940pm so no more customers,,was only getting bleach ,she asked me if I had what I needed,,I said yes and she told me to leave and began again to tell other customers to hurry up and get out of the store
