Pros:*small classroom size*involved parents*diversity celebrated*students learn and become fluent in SpanishCons: *Unstructured.* A lot of turn over especially among the more experienced teachers while it would be expected that the Spanish teachers (teaching w/ 3 year Visas) would change, this would make it more crucial to have longevity among the English speaking teachers.*Not enough time spent on math*overall teachers lack behavior /classroom management skills*failure to refer students with special needs to the district or even the parents as needed*failure to act on bullies or violent students
Small classroom size, helpful loving teachers that enjoy their students, learn in English and Spanish, teaches real life needs example bill paying, credit, necessities, investing, savings, the value of a dollar, etc... they treat everyone like family.
I hated this school
