The store manager and store employee were very patient and helpful. I purchased a laser printer and needed assistance to my car with it and then I had to return some toner from a recent purchase and they were very understanding, patient and helpful. I would give them as high of a score as I possibly could. The manager and employee went above in beyond…….that is unheard of in today’s world and I very much appreciated it…….especially after an exhausting day of my HP printer breaking down that I just purchased from there a year and a half okay. They made up for it and went above and beyond. Will definately be recommending due to their excellent customer service.Thank you Dubuque Staples!!! This small business owner very much appreciates you!

Had a great time at Staples! Jordan was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions quickly. There was a woman there, though, who was quite snide. (Assistant manager maybe? Im not sure) She seemed quite rude to her employees. I wouldnt want a boss like that! Sad!

The Copy & Print center is absolutely beautiful. Ive not once spoken to an associate who didnt have an idea what they were talking about .Its refreshing. Very knowledgeable and presentable. The rest of the store? Not so much. Sure its clean and very well organized. The prices? I cant even afford to buy ink there yet alone anything else! The clearance section is not even clearance...its just a couple of pennies cheaper. Sad!

Do not shop at Best Buy. Come here. You cannot even get in at Best Buy.Staples is awesome. Really had a nice conversation with the staff.The salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable. Knew exactly the printer ink I needed and had it in stock. I am currently upgrading my PC. Getting my new motherboard, CPU, and memory here.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Staples usually have secret hidden sales. So when I went in today, Small/3rd Generation Echos were Advertised at $18.99, when I got to the counter the employee couldnt price it. As he reached out, I went took a picture of the actual advertisement of $18.99, then was told its starts at $99. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP

They turned two regular book into spiral bound books for me. Theyre so easy to work write in and handle now!

Normally most chain stores generally feel the same. That is not the case with the people that I have had the pleasure of interacting with at this location. While this store has everything you would expect at a staples, it manages to feel like a much smaller local family store rather than a soulless corporate strip mall outpost. They actually know about their products, and treat customers as friends. Often their prices are better than reasonable, and they can order items in as needed. Shopping for office supplies may not be exciting, but this staples makes it easier and pleasant.

Just had a wonderful experience at staples not only was the assistant manager (Theresa) wonderful and extremely helpful to me. I witnessed her give praise back to an employee for a job well done.

I waited 24 hours for simple address labels to be printed for an event. Show up 30 minutes prior to the end of 24 hours AND they havent even been started. Between Staples and CopyWorks, theres a bunch of morons working here!

I went in to look at and price laptops. The sales man to me to look at Best Buy or Wal-Mart. Not very good idea to direct your customers to other stores...needless to say I will go to another store if the employees dont want want the sales.

Bought an office chair at a great price on sale. Staff was very helpful, took it out to my car and i didnt have to lift a finger.
