I had low expectations. I was upset on the time frame of the course. But I was glad I could participate virtually. When it began I heard all the rules and I thought I was going to be in school all over again and it was going to be boring....NOT THE CASE...Mrs. Harris was AMAZING! She was professional, knowledgeable, AND had a sense of humor. She helped to make the course move smoothly. She made sure everyone grasped the concept of each chapter. I LOVED Mrs. Harris enthusiasm and ability to keep us engaged. I really was dreading taking it even though it was mandatory for me (did it to lower my insurance and get points removed) because I thought it would be dry and boring but it was actually fun! I would 100% recommend without hesitation.

MRS. HARRIS IS THE GOAT!!! My wife and I took DD class to help lower our insurance and remove points. Man!!!!! This class was super informative, engaging, and fun. How is a six hour Zoom class fun? Mrs. Harris. Period. Plenty of breaks, an hour lunch, and before you know it, its over. Seriously, whether you are mandated to take DD, or you are working on points, or you want to lower your insurance, I 100% recommend this course. You will NOT be disappointed.

Mrs. Harris is a great instructor! She’s punctual, informative and keeps the class engaged with personal anecdotal stories, real life experiences through videos and also takes a personal interest in the safety of the students once back on the road through motivation and encouragement.

Mrs. Harris is a very good teacher and she made the dreaded course interesting. I learned a lot of new things, like the how the interstate numbers mean North or South for 2-digit odd numbers and even, 2-digit interstates numbers indicates east or west, and that the color of signs are grouped by categories and much more. It was long but the instructor kept our attention.

From the moment I have picked up the phone to call them, I had the best experience ever, very friendly staff, very professional, and highly recommended !!!

If you get Mrs. Harris, you’ve got nothing to worry about. She will make you and your classmates feel comfortable. She makes the material interesting and engaging. Only 4 stars b/c it was so early but, I mean, I’m not an early morning person. Great experience overall.

I needed the defensive driving class so I can get my drivers license back Im 50 so I didnt realize how much things have really changed and the world today driving wise so its really good to see that I havent really lost that much but there was a few things that I had not even known about so the class helped me out a lot with things that I wasnt sure about now Im sure in one way or the other and the instructor was very nice polite and very helpful with everything making sure we were logged in making sure our contracts are signed and logged back in sorry it was a very good experience it was probably the best experience I could have had since I took a day off of work to do it so it was a real enjoyment Im glad to use your servicesThank youSincerely.
