Our experience with Encore Music Studios has been great. Our teenagers piano teacher, Courtney Ellian, is a talented musician and teacher who is passionate about her students. Communication from the studio has been excellent - clear, timely and consistent. They have also managed to gracefully transition to online lessons during the pandemic, though we really look forward to a day when our 14-year old can go back in person. I highly recommend Encore to anyone looking for music lessons!

My daughter has studied voice with Brian at Encore Music Studios for several years. Because he develops relationships with his students, they trust him and work hard. The growth she has had since she started is overwhelming. Brian has taught her to sing in many different languages-which was difficult and at times frustrating for her. Brian knows how to break these difficult tasks down into manageable pieces-so his students feel the success of progress each step of the way.We have been impressed with the quality of instruction, and would wholeheartedly recommend Encore Music Studio to anyone looking. I even decided to take up piano again as an adult and am loving having music back in my life!

Our son (8 years old) has been working with Brian for a little over a year and we couldn’t be prouder. Brian’s love of music has spread to our son, and it’s not uncommon for him to rush to the piano the moment he wakes up in the morning or beg to play a song right before bed. Brian has immense talent and patience in working with students of all ages. We love Encore Music Studios!

Excited to have a voice and piano lesson studio in Downtown Duluth. It’s a beautiful space but glad they offer an online (virtual) lesson option. Brian and Courtney are great teachers and extremely talented (and patient!)
