It has been months since the service did so called fibroblast on me. It was a painful and expensive experience, and worst of all my face had no improvement whatsoever. I contacted them immediately after the treatment, since I was given a ridiculous service, and was told to wait patiently and results should show in a while. So now is the fact, after $450, 10 minute torture, and 5 month waiting, I have no skin improvement, but only horrific memory. I contacted them for some compensation and they never replied.

Great place my treatments were quick each time and they assisted me very quickly. Sometimes I would come late and they would still assist me veryyyy quickly!! And the staff is so kind and helpful

So I suffer from PCOS which allows hair to come on your chin and face and other places listen this is hands-down the best place to go to they are so friendly they are absolutely amazing I went in there crying because I was getting chin hair excessively and Im a female and I just didnt think it was cute and I dont know her name but she made me feel so comfortable and like everything was going to be okay I got my first treatment and within a week like she promised my chin started to heal the hair is at a minimum and used to take a day for my hair to grow back but it takes about 3 days now and its not a full chin of hair is like maybe a hair here there and then I just did my second treatment and I love it it is getting better every day and I cant wait to go back to my third theyre fast and efficient and I received the laser hair removal I highly highly highly highly highly recommend this place you will be absolutely crazy to go anywhere else.

I had my third session today for underarms & bikini/Brazilian laser treatment and I am so impressed with my results. I hardly have to shave anymore and it’s soooo much better than getting waxes. It’s affordable especially compared to the skins of money I’d spend on waxes. My underarms/bikini look clean without any stubble and I hardly get ingrown hairs. I had my third bikini laser treatment done. Honestly my first treatment was horrible. It took just 20 seconds. Ive done laser hair removal in other places so I can tell it was definitely done with rush and careless. I complained after 10 days that I see no results so someone told me to come back in 3 weeks without shave my area. My second treatment was done with Sia? Assia? and I saw results right away! It took minutes with cares.. Today was my third treatment with same technician Dean? (dont know her name spelling correctly) for my first treatment done. Yes, it took 15 seconds again with no difference. She only put the laser quickly without looking at the area where hair grows closely. I couldnt say that I want different technician in front of her. I rather made my next appointment with Sia? Instead.

There are so many salon and spa‘s out there and can be overwhelming to the customer. Lavender spa makes things very simple for me and that they really and truly offer everything I could want and need. Even though the drive is 2 1/2 hours from my house to the salon and spa, it is by far worth the time and drive. Not only do they have every Service, but they also will get you in as quickly as they can without having to wait a long length of time. You do not wait in the customer waiting lounge for more than a few minutes before being seen. They really value my time! I just love call the entire staff and the comfortable atmosphere. You cannot find one any better!

I love this place. Have been coming here for years for microneedling and just started the fibroblast skin tightening treatment and the vaginal tightening (already seeing results). The staff is wonderful and prices are great. Definitely the place to go to keep your skin in check.

I just had my 3rd laser hair removal appointment and I am very happy with the results so far. I saw a reduction in hair growth already and I’ve also had some old scarring fade. The fading may be due to some other efforts I’m doing, but I know that not having ingrown hairs or hair bumps is really helping my skin (which scars easily). I highly recommend Lavender Med Spa for their service and friendly staff.

I love this place! I’ve gone to several laser hair removal places and had ok experiences at some and very poor experiences at others. I have a dark complexion and I have to be careful where I get laser if done because I could easily get burnt. The technicians at Lavender Med spa are amazing and make sure the laser is right for your skin type even before they use it on you. I started off getting my face done and have moved on to other areas as well! This will be where I get my Laser hair removal done from now on!!😊

Shaboo is amazing and I am so glad I found her. She did my Eyebrow microblading in the fall of 2018. I loved her work so much I came back to her Again for a microblading and full upper lid eyeliner. She is efficient, professional and clean. Make sure to follow her pre and post procedure recommendations. I have excellent pigment retention and I attribute it to following her advice which comes from years of experience. My only regret is not finding her sooner.

This spa is open for business during the pandemic and management takes the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of the clients and staff! The office is set up for proper social distancing and is very clean! I went in for a consultation for hair laser removal and the technician was very thorough in explaining the process and also took the time to get to know me personally! They offered a groupon special of 8 sessions on one small area. After just one session, very little hair on my chin has grown back (2-3 hairs)!! I’m so pleased with my results and plan to get the rest of my body done over time. I’ve also gotten a hydro facial and it was very rejuvenating and relaxing! That have also been flexible and patient with me due to my work schedule and travel. I highly recommend their business and will be back soon!! 💜💜💜

They did an hour long zoom teeth whitening on me and did not put wax on my gums. They knew this was my first time having this treatment and they decided to cheap out and not do it. I was unaware.
