At check out, customer service was horrific! We were treated deplorable!

I am a Durango local and have normally had very positive experiences with Office Depot. I was very disappointed today, asking for help with a very minor printing project. Rather than attempting this at home, I came into Office Depot today to pay to have this project done right. I was belittled by an employee who told me and then loudly told other employees so that I could hear her, about how she felt my request was problematic. Again, I was fully willing to pay to get this job done, not asking for anything free. I ended up going elsewhere to pay for this minor project, will not likely be going to Office Depot anytime soon because of how I was treated by this female employee.

I know nothing about computers, and Im so glad I came here to buy one. Anthony spent 30 minutes with me, discussing which one would be the best fit. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He didnt try to upsell me or pressure me into spending more money. Im very happy with my purchase and Ill definitely be back the next time I need to buy a computer or printer.

I hav just visited office Depo in Durang CO and was pleasamtly surprised to receive such a warm welcome an service from your clerk, Steve Oldeguy. He was helpful and cheerful. Nice to see good customer service skills in use.

Love Durangos Office Depot and been shopping for years. Unfortunately, this last trip I was shocked to learn that Office Depot makes employees come to work sick. No, not a headache or tummy ache. The customer next to me had a very nice clerk come to help her, but he obviously was in the midst of a horrible virus or cold. He was sweating, flushed, holding tissues to his nose which was red and swollen, coughing. I know employers can be rough in Durango, but none of us want to be exposed and sick ourselves. Elderly people cant get sick. I can order on line and have it delivered, rather than risk exposure. Office Depot have some consideration for both sick employees who need to be home recovering and not exposing hundreds of customers.

What I value may drive others insane, fair warning. This store is very quiet,often with more employees around than there are customers. What this creates is a relaxed, pressure free environment with plenty of sales items actually available. Its a great stop - if not as feature and product packed as some stores in the chain - to grab what you need, find something unexpected, and often have the cashier happy to look for an extra copy of a coupon for you. I sincerely appreciate this place.

Shout-out to the print center team! They happily accomodated a relatively large (and urgent) order with no notice. The had the order ready in less than an hour on what was a busy day for them. Much appreciated!

I ordered a printer this morning at home, to be picked up at the store. About 7:45 am I received an text that its ready for pickup. Upon the store opening at 8 am, the customer service representatives were most excellent. Strongly recommend the Durango Office Depot.

A big box retailer with heart. Nice staff. Picked an ink jet printer I was unhappy with and they accepted back no questions. I think if you dont have a Microcenter near (which Durango does not) then buying your tech through Office Depot is a good plan. Also, seem like a good stock to own.

DO NOT use this Office Depot for UPS drop offs. Holiday shipment stolen and no one claims responsibility. UPS claims package was never received and Office Depot has no process in place to verify receipt. Shipment simply disappeared, I think not.

Used to like shopping at the Durango location, but lately the store is always hot. Today I went in for a few supplies, a desk, and chair. I got a few things in my cart (and noticed some items had literally doubled in price since my last visit about a month ago), and started looking at chairs. After a few minutes I was so uncomfortably hot that I decided to shop elsewhere for the desk and chair. I thought it was just me, but a couple of other people made the same observation as I headed to the register with the few things I already had in my cart. It was 84° outside, with a very light breeze, and I immediately felt better as I walked outside. Thats just too hot for any store, in any season. Especially July.On a better note, the staff was friendly and helpful, as they usually are.

Shout out to the awesome lady working the print center this morning for getting my resumes printed off quickly and sending me on my way so I wouldn’t be late for my job interview! Awesome service.

Ive bought both office supplies and computers here over the years. Ive had numerous good experiences with helpful employees who gave good advice and took time to explain products and services. Especially helpful people in the computer area and the copy center.

Like Office Depots everywhere. I find their rewards difficult to use, and the fact that they expire angers me. I find less expensive products at the grocery store. My advice: check the grocery store first.

I have always had great experiences with the tech people......clerks always ask several times a visit if I need assistance......store is clean and well-stocked.....I live an hour outside of town and I seem to stop in OD every trip to Durango. Plus their restrooms are clean......and their clearance prices are great.

I went in today to by a linksys WRT3200ACM and was brought to the right spot. The lady whom assisted me was fantastic!! Blonde hair shoulder length. She got me what I needed immediately and helped me with the warranty. She helped me in the perfect manner! I feel bad for not getting her name... Thank you Office Depot!!!

I’ve gone here for years. Today I literally had the worst service I’ve ever had in Durango period. An angry, edgy, mean “manager” demeaned both me and the employee at the register. If I had a choice I would never go back. Her disgusting arrogant behavior was a horrible reflection on some really great people who’ve worked there for years.

They USUALLY have what Im looking for, and the staff is always willing to help find it if its not in the store.

Travis was most informative, getting me the best for my computer needs w/ politeness, expertise, compatibility & expediency!

I WAS a regular customer at this store until today! Was at the DMV who would not take a $100 dollar bill so I asked my son to run to Office Depot to break a hundred. BARBARA, a manager, told my mild mannered, timid son that he has to buy something because they are not a BANK. (Which would have been ok if he did.) He came back with the $100 and I took care of the DMV with my debit card. If my son had told me how rudely she spoke to him while I was still in town, I would have hated it for her. She is lucky I live 40 minutes away! I will never shop here again!!! Wal-Mart is cheaper anyway. Just think, this could have been you or your child.

Still one of my favorite spots in the area not only for office supplies but for decent tech too.

Sure they have all the things you may need for your office, unfortunately some of the staff are so slow and incompetent, you may just lose your mind waiting in line. Im so tired of the lack of customer service in this town. Its deplorable.
