Communication was excellent from staff/owners, Christina and Micheal, especially maneuvering on the website! I came from out of town and directions to the facility were clear and easy. Trainer, Stevie did an awesome job with presenting skills and materials, and ALL were knowledgeable of course content, professional, and very down to earth, making the course more personable. I highly recommend MedUltra to renew your skills, or learn as a new course to help those we care about and those in our communities!!

Christina had a lot of energy while teaching the BLS course. She made sure to explain the importance of everything we were doing, and made me feel extremely prepared to use these skills in the real world (Hopefully I wont have to.) Im glad I chose MedUltra because Christina gives free training to new mothers for infant CPR and choking safety. It felt good to choose a place that is affordable and gives back to the community.

MedUltra was very helpful. When I arrived in the parking lot I didnt have to contact them to help find them. I got a call from one of the associates that was very kind in directing me to where the class was located and informed me how to get to the room. I liked that it was a short course and that it did not put me to sleep. The instructor was very engaging and keep the class interactive.I preferred it over American Red Crosss program. I will definitely retake this class again when it is time.

This was my first CPR/AED/first aid class. I went with my family and we all really enjoyed the class and learned a lot. The teacher was Debbie Farmer and she did a great job explaining everything and showed us the hands on techniques for heart saver and first aid skills. I wasn’t sure about how long the class was supposed to take, but it was surprisingly fun and the good teaching made it simple to understand. There were good places to eat nearby during the suitable lunch break. I’m planning to come back for more classes!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Recently doctors told me that I possibly have a rare heart rhythm, known as Brugada, that can cause sudden cardiac arrest. Only one person in our home knew CPR basics so we went to MedUltra Learning together and took the class. Even though it was a six hour class, the time flew by. The classes were interesting, thorough and informative. Debbie Farmer was down to earth, very patient and took the time to make sure we all knew how to properly perform CPR, First Aid, and use an AED. But most importantly to me, it was immediately very clear that the people at MedUltra learning are very caring! After we left, I planned to purchase some medical equipment in case of any emergencies and Christina took the time to set up a call with me and even go over the products with me online which helped me decide what will be best for both my family and myself. She continued to correspond with me by email until we found the best option. I offered to pay her for her time and she refused. Care like that towards strangers is extremely rare and extremely appreciated! I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you’re looking for somewhere to take a heart savers class, CPR, First Aid, or how to use an AED, this is the place!!

I went to MedUltra for BLS Provider cpr recertification. The online portion was quick and easy. MedUltra was fast to schedule the in-person skills test. The employees were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I received a copy of my cpr card online within approximately 3 days and my card arrived in the mail in about a week. I will use this company again for all of my medical certification needs.
