Camelot Academy is an amazing school. We had 2 children attend before we moved out of state. The pedagogy is completely different from other schools. Each child is allowed to succeed and proceed at their own individual pace. The teaching to mastery lets the students fully absorb material before they continue the curriculum. They manage to do this for all students in all subjects. We tried the other private schools in the RDU area and this school is by far the best one and costs 1/3 of the other private schools. The children are taught to be supportive and engaged. If your child is gifted, you should take a look at this school. In our last year there, 8/11 (it may have been 9/11) of the seniors were national merit finalists.

We were so lucky to find this school. My daughter has truly thrived in this environment. Its been around for 30+ years and has maintained very small student to teacher ratios. Even more importantly, the school has attracted the best teachers, in every sense of the word. Camelot has an amazing record or placing their students in college AND assisting in getting scholarships for a very large percentage of them. Im so grateful that a school this good is out there.

My daughter was struggling in her former public middle school. I wanted her to go to a school where she would be comfortable, be welcomed and in an atmosphere where she could grow & blossom. Camelot was the place. My daughters self esteem has improved, her grades have improved and she is happy for the first time in years to go to school. She will graduate from Camelot!! The Director of the school is dedicated to each student and family and helps them prepare and apply for college. I am proud for my daughter to be a part of the Camelot family!
