Great place for CNA training, I went there to get receipt for class I paid for, no receipt as of yet

I had my CNA exam in this place it was painted with new furniture and the laboratory was cleaned and organized I had a good day waiting for my examination

The owner of this place is very rude and don’t know how to talk to people. When you ask him questions he thinks u are taking over his business and is very arrogant.

The instructor wasnt that great but he wasnt affiliated with the institute. The staff was very cordial. The location was fine although the property needed some maintenance.

Horrible facility. The building is in basically in shambles and is located in an unsafe area. They were also missing testing supplies for the skills portion when I was there. It would be in your best interest to take your CNA exam elsewhere.

I took a Nursing Assistant exam/skills test at this facility. The facility needs some tlc. You can see the grime on the doors like you see on gas station bathrooms. I would also not encourage taking the NA test here (Pearson VUE, leases this facility). The evaluator I had, no connection to the Ideal institute, was not very good (he didnt speak clearly sometimes, and he didnt obey Pearson VUE policies and gave hints.

The staff was very helpful, and they provided a good testing environment.

Horrible experience! Do not recommend getting any type of certification/education from this place. Located in an unsafe location with poor services and uncertified staff
