I just watched a PTS white van run a left turn red light arrow in front of the Clayton Walmart at 7:26am. I wasnt able to get a license plate cause Im not a law breaker. She was a black lady probably in her twentys or thirtys. She probably was running late for a pickup. Thankfully she had no passengers and the dump truck she nearly missed didnt total the van. Hope you have GPS tracking to be able to put driver to vehicle. She needs to be removed. Reckless driving.

Hard to find location service is good.

Extremely rude people who dont treat students with any respect. A great university should not be represented by pedantic and overly-eager people who seem to be enjoying their games with students and satisfying their ego and vanity via penalizing and dominating every move by some 20 year-old. Ive heard some horrible stories about them hiring a detective/talking to dean/talking to student club presidents, basically pulling all weights on a student who got into a heated situation with them last year when they were trying to tow away his car by force. The fact is that no one has 24/7 to play their games which they seem to be enjoying.

I was just at the office today. The directions should clearly state that the office is in the Parking Deck. The office is in the back of the first floor parking complex. The person in the hotel that is next to the parking deck told me she redirects people EVERY DAY. Look for the parking deck on the left and you will be fine. Staff Personnel were very helpful.

Whats the point of having an appeals committee if you appeal a citation, which supposedly supposed to take upwards of 2-3 weeks. the next day it comes up as citation cannot be appealed while it is supposed to be pending and then get a judgement stating the same thing days later? If there is already a denial as soon as you submit the citation what is the point of the appeals process?That seems quite unfair and like there is already a decision without even a person looking at it.

Was a patient in DUKE e.r this evening...I was talked to very rudely by a valet Parker by the name of James who demanded that I show proof the the e.r. requested to see my meds that I obtained in NYC over the weekend...Very unprofessional to the 3rd power...He needs to be fired or taught how to talk to people considering we are here for REAL emergencies not to be DISRESPECTED BY NO GHETTO HOOD BOOGERS NAMED JAMES it happen about 11:05 pm PLEASE review camera

This is the worst possible place to get a parking place. The valet parkers are absolutely terrible and extrembly rude. I cannot believe that the caliber of your hospital would allow such insensitive and rudepeople to deal with sick patients and their families. I have complained incessantly by phone; many of my friends and family who come to Duke have said the same thing so I speak for many people. I say fire them all and start with a clean slate. I have not met one who was decent.

Very busy office but I got in and out quick.

In my experience, the staff seem a bit frazzled. On an early fall morning, there was a line outside the door, and they refused to open it until exact opening time although it seemed all staff was present. Once consulted, the staff member and I found I had an unexplainable handicap parking pass along with an unwanted student parking pass. All issues were resolved though... just took a lot longer than I otherwise thought it should.

Always a guaranteed miserable experience. Pedantic bureaucrats, chronically understaffed, long waits. Maybe their ploy is to make parking so miserable that everybody takes the bus.
