Place is greatBut employees r 1 attitude. Need more training . They r not peoples persons

The reason I. Giving it 2 stars its because the place is always packed at the register its due to only being 1 to 2 cashiers. And they take their sweet time. The place itself is big. And to only believe that they only have 1 or 2 cashiers at most. Its embarrassing Dollar tree. Any other locations in the US always are better and faster customer services and more than 2 cashiers at checkout. Someone needs to get t he store managers attention. And that is you corporate for the dollar tree store in Eagle pass tx.

In the mornings its perfect...no large crowds and everything is in place.

90 percent of the time I get what I want and most of the time inventory is out on the sales floor. I’ve found great deals and will keep coming back. Only thing I can complain about is never enough cashiers.

Usually its really good for the price but the lines are always long and they have only one cashier working

Out of Stock on the only item I wanted. Has nothing else I would buy. Poor poor poor selection. Wont be shopping here again.

Love the place. Everything is a dollar n u can find some good brand products from other stores. They also have a frozen section which is nice n a snack n drink section which makes it easier for u to buy snacks for special occasion.

Friendly customer service. Took a little while to locate my online order. I will call ahead next time. Store was very busy. Staff was helpful and nice. Thank you.

The place was a mess! The check out lady was rude, she made me take all my items out of the little green basket no other store or dollar tree has ever told me Or made me do that before!I placed my own bag at the check out so she can put my items in there and she couldnt even bother to bag my stuff, just cause eagle pass doesnt have bags doesnt mean you dont bag your customers things! If the employee are just there tom collect a pay check, dollar tree should invest in self checkout lanes, yall would probably save more money, than paying lazy people to stand n be rude ! I will never return to this dollar tree again!

Everything is so hard to find in this store and there are items all over the floor. I was in line about to pay when the cashier said he was closed, and he was the only cashier that was open! This is ridiculous. I understand its your break time but what happened to customers first?

I am a regular at this dollar tree branch and I think this store is lacking leadership and common sense from management.Today I stop by 6:30pm to get some groceries.Unfortunately this is SECOND time the manager named Beto was incapable to deal with a bad lady customer and thanks to his lack of leadership, he make us customers waiting in line, wait much longer. Due this lady decided to pay all her groceries with PENNIES!!! I mean who do that? Or should I say, who accept that? well, this manager Beto order the cashier to accept the pennies and then disappear, regardless the customer being nasty to the cashier(I hear this customer insulting her and then calling her names.) I feel so bad for the cashier who did nothing to deserved being insulted. But what really bothers me, was the manager Beto, running away hiding from the aggressive customer. I mean his JOB is to DEAL WITH IT. So, I wonder, why this store have people like this in charge?as a customer it is VERY uncomfortable, due this is the SECOND time I witnesses this kind of incompetence from this so called manager Beto.

All very well, the only thing that I did not like is that there were many people making the line and they only had an open box charging. When they opened the other box I already had a good time waiting to pay. This store is always very busy and is always very organized, the only one but that I had the day I visited it was that, they just had an open box when they saw that the line was being made.

You find everything in any season of the year

It is a store that has many products, all at the same price, I mean a dollar. You find gifts, stationery, toys, pharmacy, drinks, sweets, snacks, hardware, plastics etc, etc. There are some products that add taxa (VAT) to consider it. The attention of the staff is variable, sometimes they serve you very well and other times the staff is very unfriendly. There is parking, the store has very good air conditioning and there are many products that are very worthwhile.
