We Love Love Love Aquatots. My daughter has gained so much confidence. She is now a fish in the water. She is not afraid to submerge and swim around with assistance. We live the coaches there! Especially coach Clara they have all been wonderful.

Teachers are nice and my 2-year-old loved the class we went to twice. Horrible management and they dont really seem to care! We decided to check out one of the free classes that was emailed to us... Upon arrival we learned that the class for our age group had changed for the day which was apparently on their website and we were supposed to call to let them know we were coming. None of this was in their email that was sent... The two employees I spoke to werent helpful at all and honestly didnt seem to care. I asked if there was something even for 5 minutes that he could do because we were there. They said no! Clearly they dont care about the kids and they dont care about the parents There was nothing they could do. Ridiculous especially considering there was only one other child in their entire pool! For all of you moms/dads out there you know how these things can go... It took us forever to get ready, I spent the morning getting my son excited to go, and then driving there was an adventure, only to be told that I was supposed to have called and there is nothing they can do to even let my son dip into the water for 5 minutes... Wow. Really? Never coming back here again and would recommend you not either.

Only after a few weeks with twice a week sessions, we have noticed immediate progress, the kids are excited to go but even more excited to tell us how well they did, even though we watched their class! The staff are great, accommodating and work really hard to help everyone!

The swim lessons are great, but the scheduling is rough. I have two kids in the same level class and it’s VERY difficult to move their swim times or schedule make ups. There are rules about how many days in advance you can call to schedule make ups or move classes (7 days in advance I think?) so every time I try to make a change I have to call at least 3 times to reserve the spot I need because most of the available times for 2 kids are more than 7 days out. It seems unnecessarily difficult.

I love taking my daughter here! She always has so much fun with her instructors 🥰 and her swimming has improved so much thank you Aqua tots!👍

You guys have completely changed swimming for my daughter. A year ago she was absolutely terrified of water and within a couple months it became her favorite thing to do.

Can’t keep the pool the right temperature for infants. We had a great instructor at first but when she left we ended up with instructors who had no clue what they were doing and engaged in practices I felt were not safe.

My 4 year old son went for almost a year and still cant swim. At. All. He went through so many different teachers and everything is just very unprofessional and unorganized. The 30 days notice to quit is just a bullsh*t rip off. We didnt use any of those classes because my son didnt like his newest teacher and didnt want to go anymore and they wont let me transfer them to a family member. Dont waste your time or money.

I would never put my child in this swimming school again. It was awesome at first and loved the people and environment but that did not last. My daughter had to take a break from lessons for a little bit because the times of the lessons did not match with my schedule, as I am a single working mother. So after a few months, they were having a deal where you buy two months of lessons and get 1 month for free so I jumped the gun and signed my daughter up. The NEXT DAY, I realized the time I had picked did not work with my schedule like I thought it would so I called to cancel the lessons however they told me they could not refund my money but they could save the lessons on my account and I could come back whenever to continue. Well, being a single mom (which they knew), I would rather have my money back then have swimming lessons saved on my account. I spoke to the manager who was no help. She continued to tell me that they could not refund my money because they already ran my card and emphasized that I signed a contract in the beginning. BUT that didn’t make any sense. Yes I signed a contract in the very beginning but when you stop your lessons, which I did for a short period of time, you HAVE TO come into the business and sign a document stating you are stopping lessons and stopping your card from being charged each month. So when I had paid for more lessons after my daughters break, they did not have me re sign anything. It was as easy as taking my money over the phone. So I had to eventually tell the manager that I was going to be getting my family lawyer involved to look at the documents I had signed to determine if they had the right to keep my money. Once I said this to her, she immediately gave me my money back and left me a voicemail acting as if our whole argument did not happen. She was just kindly canceling my daughters lessons and refunding me the money. So with all that being said, they just take your money and don’t care what kind of situation you are in or mistakes you make. I would not recommend this business to anyone. There are so many more swimming lesson businesses that are probably cheaper as well. Hope this helps someone.

Went for our first lessons on Saturday. The instructors were very patient with my kiddos, and the atmosphere was great.

The worst experience ever. Run by children and completely unprofessional. They keep the pool too cold, my child was turning blue and the front desk person had the audacity to tell me the pool was 90 degrees without checking the temperature.

While we have only been taking my 5 year old for lessons for a few weeks, she absolutely loves it. She is always excited when we tell her she will have a swim lesson today!

They got new staff and much better and patience instructors. I feel much better bringing my kids back. I have a 2 year old and a 11mo old :-)

My son has been going to Aqua tots for 7 months, in the beginning the mommy and me class was good, but as soon as my son graduated to his own class, multiple shortcomings have been revealed. By far the worst is the teacher turn around there. There are new super young teachers new faces all the time. Not much Consistancy. The last straw was my son got assigned a new teacher and she didnt do as was trained. The kids are taught to feel three little bobs in the water and then they will be put under, so they know when to hold their breath. Well this teacher just put my son under the water without the warning bobs, so he came up coughing and gasping for air multiple times throughout the lesson, and has been scared to do anything in the water since. It was outrageous! Do not recommend this place at all.

Wonderful staff and great instructors. Our 2 sons moved through the program at a good pace and we are confident they will be swimming on their own by this summer. We recommend it to anyone who has little ones who are ready to learn!

Love this place! Clean facility, family friendly and love the instructors - they are great with kids! There have been a lot of new instructors lately, love seeing new fresh faces and see kids excited for new coaches!

I take the little boy I nanny for here and he loves it! Started when he was about 7 months. He continues to thrive and learn how to be safe in water and I would recommend it for everyone!

This place is horribly ran and managed. Their staff is not trained properly. They can’t teach properly and their management is horrible. My son has missed 2 lessons now because we sit there and they never called his name. The desk didn’t put his name on the teachers board 2 times now. Horribly ran and Horribly trained staff.

Wonderful staff and teachers for kids! Love this facility for swim lessons!!!! Love that they dont have more than 3 kids per teacher. Wonderful ratio.

My son has had lessons with 2 different teachers. Both have been knowledgeable and fun, keeping his interest while teaching him new skills and making him excited to go. He has had such a great time so far and would like to go more than once a week if we could! I was concerned he wouldnt have fun, and then wouldnt want to swim, but the excellent teachers have made it a blast for him and a huge relief for me.

Don’t waste your time or money! They drag out your kids learning to get more money out of you. You pay them money for lesson but can’t use the lessons you paid for if your kids not enrolled. So they just take your money. Should be a 30 minute lesson no it’s 20 minutes. They do the same thing every single time. Won’t say names but look into this lady that teaches local. My friends daughter is swimming at 1yo.

Ive been so impressed with aquatots. Its more expensive than other lessons but completely worth it. I plan to keep my kiddo in lessons here throughout the year.

Aqua-tots is BY FAR the best swim school in the area. Their curriculum is so challenging for the kids and so beneficial for their safety and survival skills in the water. The instructors are very friendly and helpful with both the parents and the children. They give feedback so you know what your child needs to work on the next lesson they come in and they are very organized. I have never had a problem with any staff and I have a wonderful experience every time I go in! Would recommend to anyone.!!

Staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. Instructors are always happy to explain things.

We like the defined structure of the classes. The instructors interact positively with the kids and make it fun. We also appreciate being able to make up missed classes.

If having more children, I will definitely bring them here! We had great experience at Aqua-Tots with our kids. The super friendly, attentive, and professional teachers as well as the nicely designed and maintained facilities set a high standard for toddlers swimming.

Horrible experience!! I called back in March to enroll my 4 and 2.5 yr old and a member of the staff told us a new class would be opening up April 6th at 12:30 for both my boys and to call back on Saturday. Called back Saturday and a different girl said, it’s too early to enroll— call back Wed. Called back Wednesday and they got me enrolled. Said we’re all good to go. We couldn’t make it April 6th, so I called ahead of time to schedule a makeup class and they said sure thing, we’ll add it to their accounts. Showed up next week for class and they have no record whatsoever of us enrolling. No record of our calls or notes about all our conversations. Now there are no classes available for them. SO frustrated with this company! SO unprofessional! Would NOT recommend to anyone, unless they want a major headache to deal with throughout their time here. Hard pass.

I would highly recommend Aqua-tots. From the sign-up process, how it is structured, the lesson, staff, and facility. It all was a wonderful experience.

The instructors are certified, knowledgeable, and truly care that the students learn and excel! My grandchild learned quickly while having fun. The support staff is kind and caring! We love Aquatots and highly recommend them.

Kids been going for years. Worth every penny. Emphasis on safety. Excellent classes and teachers.

Edit/Update:Our initial experience ended up being a short lived one. Upon my kiddo advancing the first time, she changed teachers and was doing well, until it seemed we were getting a new teacher constantly. I know its important to learn to take direction from multiple people, but in this scenario, each instructor seemed to do things just a little differently and it started to feel as if there wasnt enough focus on the skills, as much as just going through the motions. My daughter spent over a month With only needing one checkmark to advance, while we sat through many lessons where the instructor didnt even get to that skill. Classes would start 5-10 minutes late but still end on time, and give time to play at the end, when those few extra minutes can mean actually getting a chance to practice things. So, With a move, the arrival of our second kiddo coming, and my daughter starting kindergarten, we decided to freeze our account for a while. I was under the impression when we signed up that I would just need to do so before the 1st of the month, but was instead given a 30 day drop form and told the amount going over would be pro-rated. Not a huge deal, but as the time drew closer it became clearer that we just wouldnt be able to make it in for the 2 classes she had in the new month. We had already banked 3 makeup that most likely wouldnt be used and were already paid for. I called several times and left several messages for a call back to talk about any resolution or even switching to a once a week schedule to only have one cross over class....but I never received any calls back, and ended having the $35 for the 2 classes in the month drafted anyways. It isnt so much the money, as it is that the value seemed to fall short, and in the end, we were ignored. Even if I wasnt going to be able to work out a single thing, a call back is common courtesy, in my opinion. We will most likely be looking and referring elsewhere in the future.We started at aqua tots not really knowing what to expect out of swim lessons, but quickly fell in love. Kaylee and Hannah quickly bonded with my shy 4 year old, and encouraged her every lesson. She was eager to know what to work on, and show it off archer next lesson. I loved being able to watch, but not be super close so that she could concentrate without distraction. The manager Stephanie always seens welcoming and helpful, and Im impressed at how many of the families she knows by name. Id definitely recommend them to other families. Thanks, Aqua Tots!

The coaches are beyond great with the kids & the techniques are aggressive to actually learn how to swim & not just play in the water. My child has come along way & the coaches really care about the kiddos!Vanessa & Sabrina rock it!!
