Excellent service, fairly priced gear, high quality brands. I am very impressed with this companies efforts. Store manager is knowledgeable and passionate. They offer lessons, studio availability, recital hall, as well as an open mic on the first Tuesday of every month. convenient location and friendly environment.

We love this place. We play in this area a lot, and its great to have a helpful store nearby that can sell us decently priced gear whenever we need it quickly. The service is great, and is willing to go the extra mile to help meet our needs whenever we need it.

Omg SOO friendly and helpful!! I went in for my First of Im sure to be many more visits and Im not a musician, my ex is, therefore i couldnt tell them correctly or exactly what i needed all i could do was try to describe what i needed and what issues my ex has to try and get what he needed. The gentleman that helped me was sooo patient and understanding that he not only helped me get the correct items, he helped me get the absolute Perfect items to help my ex overcome his physical issues and play guitar like he used to!! Thank you Sooo much for Everything hun! Im still not a musician but i Will be returning!!!

Terrible customer service. You walk in, wander around for a while, make eye contact with the guy in the back, and he doesnt bother to greet you, come out, ask if you need help or anything. Ill take my business elsewhere!
