They helped me with my Gas bill... Id fallen behind because I was trying to save my grandmas house and they really seemed to understand. They seemed to have a lot of programs for kids, which is good. Just an all around awesome program for East Cleveland to have. I want to see East Cleveland restored to its former glory, and I believe this organization takes small steps in that direction!

Was confused about the days pantry open,went on wrong day.Now Monday thru Thursday.

This is my home church. Im happy they have a new location, and I love their new Doan Avenue location. I try to visit The Salvation Army every chance that I get. Numerous resources. Kudos. Keep up the good work.

I love this place because they food pantry gives out great meats.

Not a very friendly environment! I was doing a ride along for a senior transportation service job and I was helping some elderly ladies get sugar for their coffee. An elderly worker became very indignant because they didnt go find a MIA worker to help them. If you all are so worried that someone was helping them then get off that cell phone, up off your butts and make yourself AVAILABLE to your clientele!!! And hire someone less cranky and nasty to work with seniors. What a joke and sad at the same time!!! SMH

Great Experience and have awesome staff members who really truly care for every woman and man child or adult and they give 100% everytime . My Greatest Memories there was the basketball season with my brothers leading them to a 9 - 1 almost undefeated team but we were prepared for taking a lose as a team but were gonna fight untill that happens. I love to go to the Salvation Army and East Cleveland on Hayden Avenue is for seniors which I am a senior they very polite very educational and you also can exercise their the staff is very friendly they go beyond they duties they also have a food bank and they also serve you meals for the community and anyone thats out of the community they top on my list

Some good deals but still kind of pricey for a second hand store , .But some of furniture is worth the price . you should see the dining room hutch I bought for 126.00 turned it into tv stand holds a 50 inch and it looks gooood

We volunteerd here to feed the homeless for Thanksgiving. The people were very appreciative both the staff and the other volunteers... weve signed up again for Christmas.

Im glad that it is in the community, but I did not have a good experience with this place. Asked to do community service and was turned down. I thought they were supposed to be Christians(sarcasm). Not surprised by these fake, judgemental, hypocrites. Ill take my services elsewhere!!!

Staff can be ratched.Volunteers are helpful. Food is too spicey, greasy or old sometimes.Lots of things to do.

They have a wonderful workout room.

Get clean place and i feel safe having my kids go there...Hate that the boys and girls club was taken for the community but the Salvation Army EC stepped up and have still been doing their best for the Children!!!
