It has been a blessing to find this Karate school! I studied Shotokan as a child and always intended to return to it someday. This dojo feels like home! Not only are you getting an incredible workout, you are also learning effective self defense techniques. The Barnetts, a husband and wife team who have been doing karate for decades, are the instructors. They are martial arts masters and display a true passion for what they do! All ages are welcome! I am an older woman and I look forward to the physical conditioning and warm welcoming atmosphere 3x a week and I love the meditation at the end of class! I also signed up my 8 year old daughter. They are excellent with children! The training here is authentic and the instructors give one on one attention. I highly recommend!

Our 2 children (5 and 7 now) have been attending this karate school for nearly 2 years now. They have become part of our extended family. The classes vary but follow a schedule that allows the children to build their skills and character with consistency. Parents are encouraged to drop of their children so they can focus on their practice. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I recommend this family of black belts to anyone who inquires.
