I first felt at ease and was ensure I had reached the right company.Transferring to the director was prompt.I reached out to this agency for financial assistance with my rent. At the current time they had no funds available. I provided with other agencies that might be able to help.It didnt just stop there. The director went beyond the normal expectations. I received additional advice, guidance and referrals.I was given confidence that I would be able to reach a resolution. The encouragement to push forward. Whatever the agency could do to assist me in getting help they would.I had been to several agencies over several months and this was the first that actually assisted me. Overall, the support I received was great! However, I was sadden to see how one employee there was very nasty and confrontational with me when I inquired about services. Her tone was not nice and I felt like she lacked empathy.
