One of the best public schools in East Palo Alto. Ms. Hackett and Ms.Smith are great teachers. I like how all the teachers always come outside to make sure all their students leave with their parents safe. I also like how the principal welcomes everyone in the morning. Theres always staff watching for the students making sure theyre safe. Their programs are nice too. My daughter joined The Little Mermaid running club, she ran with her class a mini marathon. The principal and some teachers joined as well which was awesome! My daughter definitely lost weight with this program. Both of my daughters joined The Kids Club which takes place in this school as well. They would teach them about the love of God, played games, they wrote letters to soldiers thanking them for their service and protection. They would learn songs about God. The staff was amazing!!! We loved both programs Brentwood had.

I was there in the late 70s. Im glad to see its still going strong. I had the best teacher, Ms. Prudhomme. Loved her! She loved us so much that she taught us in 3rd and 5th grade! The only paddle I ever received was from that principal. Different times and good times! I still have great recall of numbers due to a program I was in there. Oh yeah, we went to see The Wiz when I was enrolled there too. My most fond memories of school were there!
