The teachers are really helpful and caring people. Mrs. Krogulski was a favorite teacher of mine. The academics are not the strongest at this school. I do not think that this school prepares its students for college. This school could have more options for electives and STEM subjects. The kids in this school are rude and dont have the desire to study. I did not feel safe in this school and I did not have many friends. I left this school after two years because I couldnt stand it anymore. After I left, many other people in my grade left and went back to public school.

Great school that will prepare your daughter/son for a great college. My child went 5 days a week the entire year during the Covid pandemic. DO NOT make the mistake of sending your child to the public schools in this area. Our teachers worked hard to stay in school and keep everyone safe. They are heros and I cant tell you what an advantage all of the children at ND will now have over the public schools in this area.

A 1984 graduate, I had the opportunity to teach for one year at NDHS, and it was hands down the best teaching year of my life. A collegial staff and tons of parent involvement make for a fun, small, spiritual community. Also notable that today, in many larger high schools, students have the opportunity to only be in sports or only in music or only in theatre, while ND offers all students all opportunities. My extended ND family has been a lifetime support system. The Catholic faith has come under fire for being patriarchal and out of step with modern times, but ND carries on in the Jesuit tradition of emphasis on education and character building. The success of graduates as people and as professionals is evidence that practicing faith in a small, supportive educational community builds resources and resilience that lasts a lifetime.
