Tim is a fantastic trainer. Very knowledgeable about his art and has a great way of training safely while effectively improving your training and skills involved. He has thorough knowledge in muscle groups, stretching, and ways to help you avoid injury. I have really enjoyed training and self defense instruction provided by him.

Personable, patient, and determined, Tim is not only one of the most professional, but also one of the most informative instructors Ive had the pleasure of working with!Not only did he help me get in shape, but I also learned quite a bit of Japanese, muscle anatomy and the history of martial arts.
