Ive been with the Instructor for 10 years and Ive had nothing but great experiences here. As far as bringing kids we encourage the parents to be on the floor with them to show them that you can do it too. You are their first teacher!

I never go to this place! I am a female looking for self-defense, and on the phone this man was very pleasant and inviting. In person, he was rude and verbally abusive, calling me “fat and stupid” and yelled at me for no reason. He never asked me what my goals were or made any kind of introduction at all, But instantly started bossing me around. I can tell he’s going for some karate teacher in a movie aesthetic, but the outcome was awful. And when I didn’t agree with his spiritual ideas, he began yelling at me, and being extremely critical of my beliefs. I would not go here again, or recommend it to anyone I care about. Definitely not a place for small children.

My family and myself have personally known the instructor for over 15 years he is an amazing instructor and person in general could not find anybody better if i tried
