My wife is not yet vaccinated...for her 4th semester clinical she was told Friday, August 20th that she needs to be vaccinated by September 1st or drop the class. The vaccines take 2 doses, and also take 2 weeks up to a month to become effective. So she now has no choice but to fight with current 3rd semester students for clinicals in the spring, when she was supposed to graduate in December. CVTC basically told her not our problem. Great job, student success! There are at least 20 nursing students who will not be graduating due to the last minute restrictions that are applied with no time to meet said restrictions. Thanks a lot CVTC. its obvious they dont care about their students if they wont even try advocating for them.

I started at CVTC in the Liberal Arts program and later decided on Nursing. Switching programs was a breeze & all the credits I completed in Liberal Arts transferred over to Nursing. The instructors & staff have been wonderful. Great overall experience.
