Good customer service

45 min wait in my cab pull off soon as I got to the door I live in a senior building in couldnt even wait 2 mins I call the dispatch they was rude got hung up in my face over 4 times

Warning biased I work at Trinity Transportation but if you need catering transport for a party trip somewhere and also their motor coaches are quite fantastic whatever youre looking for Im sure you can do it should definitely give him a call if you need to be somewhere

These people are liars. They have creepy drivers that ask weird questions and sexual harrass me. A cab driver took me and my boyfriend to petco yesterday and he said we were weird. It took 2 1/2 hours to get a cab yesterday and now today it took 3 hours just to be told that they are all busy. They are liars I hope they get shut down and arrested.

This place sucks. The supervisors are spineless jellyfish and the company doesnt appreciate their employees, they barely make 40 hours a week. Brown nosing is a requirement if you want over time and no matter how much hell they raise, the high schoolers at the school they service can do no wrong.

The people and service is really great... only problem is that no one can tell you an estimated wait time or if they even have a ride available for you. sometimes you call and they will be right there. But if you are planning to be somewhere like work and give yourself plenty of time, it could still take up to 2 hours for a ride. The bad part is nobody can tell you it will be a long wait or when they will even find a driver for you. Ive tried to call ahead of time but that didnt work because they come and say you werent there. Just wish there was a way for them to tell us how long a wait may be or make an appointment for a certain time. Being 1 1/2 hours late is not cool when you call an hour before you have to be there.

Well we left a coat on the bus with all of our stuff on it all it took was a call and to answer a few questions and we got it back with everything in it thank you
