Our daughter gained confidence, skills, speed and has improved immensely. Great team at Learning Rx. Her coach was patient and thorough. She was always greeted with a smile and everyone there seemed to know her name. She felt comfortable and welcomed. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the outcome. My son struggled completing school work in a timely manner and he read very slowly. Academically, he is very bright and successfully completed his work, it just took at least twice as long as his classmates. He completed the program (his trainer was awesome!) and hes a different kid. Hes on the A honor roll and completes his work in a very reasonable time. Hes gained a ton of confidence and reading is no longer a struggle. Definitely worth the investment of time and money. So happy with the outcome.

Kate did some brain training last year May - November and the results have been unreal!Kate had always struggled with reading up until this last year. When she was in 2nd grade, her teacher recommended Title 1 for her. Little did we expect her to remain in Title 1 the entire year. If you know Kate, she is quick witted, hilarious and understands on a deeper level. When she was in 3rd grade, there was no recommendations for extra reading help for Kate. Come 4th grade it was getting more and more prevalent Kate couldnt read.Not only did Kate not understand what she was reading, she also struggled with basic math facts. We hired tutors, downloaded anything that might help her to comprehend, nothing was working. Then school closed and we saw first hand what her teacher saw.I started googling some of the symptoms I noticed in her: if she had to read a story to herself, she couldnt comprehend it (she would often say, I just dont see the movie playing in my head); however if a story was read to her, she could comprehend on a higher level, she struggled with decoding and encoding words, shed often omit simple words such as and or the or replace those words with different words, and basic math facts were a struggle. Basically she was memorizing every word she came across and when trying to read to herself, there was no room left in her brain to comprehend since she was trying to recall every memorized word instead of decoding it. I came across a company called Learning RX.They had a ton of videos on past clients that had similar, if not exact, symptoms Kate had. I called their center in Eden Prairie to get some additional information and within a day of reviewing their info I asked to have Kate assessed. They tested her in 7 different areas: Long-term memory, working memory, visual processing, Logic & Reasoning, Processing Speed, Auditory Processing and Word attack. Kate scored really low in Auditory Processing and Working Memory which made sense with her symptoms.We decided to move forward with Learning RX, enrolling Kate into their Think RX/Read RX program. We choose to do the 6 month partner program meaning she met with her wonderful trainer, Gina, twice a week and then I did activities that Gina assigned for me to do with Kate at home twice a week. Within 2 weeks Kate could name all 45 presidents forward and backward!When Kate started school last fall as a 5th grader she was about half way through her training at Learning RX. Her teacher tested her for her reading level in October, as she did all of the students, and Kate had already went up 2 1/2 grade levels; and thats with school closing and summer slump! When Kate finished with Learning RX in November, I asked if her teacher could test her again - she went up yet another grade level! They tested the students again just recently and she went up another level! Kate is now reading at grade level and has no problems with math!!Not only have we seen improvements in her academically, but also in day to day activities. She listens better, she no longer seems overwhelmed, even down to cleaning her room and her quick witted responses come at you even faster! One thing I did learn throughout this process, is your brain can be re-wired and we couldnt be happier that this program has worked so well for Kate!

Highly recommend this team to help anyone who is struggling against a mental block that they just cant get through. Baird and Terri and their team are outstanding at helping to figure out why you are struggling and then put together a training to help you recondition how you think and approach problems. Its like hitting the gym for your brain!

After completing a number of programs that didn’t hit the mark we found learning RX. We found all the staff to be professional and extremely interested in my daughter’s success in the program. On several occasions they reached out to her tutor and teachers to explain specifically how my daughter learns and the best way to help her achieve success. The entire staff is very personable and soon became family to me. Baird did a great job matching my daughter up with her coach Dave Tessman. We needed someone who could keep her motivated and show her the progress she was making week by week as she was skeptical of completing yet another program. Dave is great with teens. He is very personable and made doing the work fun. It’s not often that a business of this nature will give you a guarantee. Learning RX lived up to their promise. I would not hesitate to recommend Learning RX to any parent whose child struggles with learning. Your money will be well spent.

The Learning Rx program is rigorous but worth it all. My 17 year old daughter would mention that some of the work was hard and she didn’t think she was doing very well. Well, all that hard work has paid off! She gained the ability to do math calculations quickly in her head, focus and confidence. Her ACT score proved it all as it was so good, the first time around!

The program works! I have seen great gains in my long and short term memory along with reading and math skills. I am excited to further develop and use my improved cognitive skills in vet school.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and its product! ! It helped our 8 year old son go from a non-reader and struggling in every subject, to preforming above grade level expectations. We were also surprised to see his skills in all areas of his life improve like sports, music, art etc. We would recommend this to anyone, and to not hesitate because of expense- it is worth every penny! We are so grateful we did it when we did to give our son more confidence in his learning capacity!

My daughter not only excelled with the Learning RX experience, but continues to brag to her classmates about what she learned. The people at the center were very attentive and knew us by name. Daughter requests to visit the center even after the program has ended. Cannot speak highly enough of our experience or the Baird Johnson and the staff at Learning RX.

Who would of thought that anything would help my 18 year old son, focus, do better on tests, improve his grades, his GPA and then get into college; Learning RX was the answer. It not only brought out the best I always knew he could be but taught him so many lessons in life and discipline that I know he will never forget and utilize those same principals in the years to follow. Their instructors along with their management and facility are wonderful and the convenience and easy parking cant be beat. Who would of ever thought that just a short six months of a life to give to the program could be so monumental. I didnt , but now I do. My son did all that and more. I would highly recommend them for getting to the root of the problem. In other words, what they are not is that they dont tutor but train the brain to learn and learn with distractions. LearningRX is brain training for any age and can be applied to any subject or profession.
