My kid went there until a couple months ago but we started going to the learning tree in Bloomington and we love it! They have a small amount of kids there and its actually more affordable. The teachers there are great and all really amazing.

Charlotte has worked with my grand kids and they absolutely love her. She has never been negative about the children she is just very blunt at times but always has the kids best interests at mind. I dont think that a teacher would be able to kick a child out of a center, so it had to be more than one person that thought the kid shouldnt be at that school.

Miss Charlotte taught my kid in her pre-k class and my kid came home everyday talking about the things she did and searching my home for something that started with the letter of the day. She changed my kids whole outlook of school and Im thankful my kid was in her class! Very happy with the last couple months my child was in pre-k

My son had gone to this school since September 2020. Up until April 2021, when his two teachers mysteriously left without notice, he was doing great and I actually loved this center. Once they brought in Charlotte, the pre-k teacher, everything went down hill quick. She’s an extremely negative person who makes sure you know if your kid is the “worst in her class.” As typical with privately owed daycare centers, they over enroll students and under enroll teachers to try and make as much profit as possible. Twenty 4-5 year old children in one class is insanity. The minute your child doesn’t act the same as all the other kids are expected to, even though the daycare causes these changes, they utilize the “eloping from the classroom” excuse and give you less than 24 hour notice that they are refusing care of your child. What they don’t realize is that if they were actually doing their jobs and watching the children, they wouldn’t leave the classroom. Instead, the kid gets blamed for their less than substandard work. Additionally, the Regional Director’s (Kylie) children can scratch and antagonize the other kids in the class with no recourse because she is upper management. She claims wanting to help parents but instead finds ways to erase them. Long story short, this place has taken a turn for the worst and you should stay far away!

We love YBR! It was the first and only daycare we looked at. We knew right away that it was the perfect place for us to send our son. He has grown so much since starting and loves his teachers and classmates.Ms. Stephanie and her team are wonderful. They’re all easy to communicate with, they’re always friendly and so professional.If you are looking for a daycare provider, I highly recommend Yellow Brick Road.

Update to my original rating from 5 to 3 stars. This center has gone downhill over the last year and a half due to really good people leaving and not having enough help. The communication with parents is now very poor. We have decided to moved to a new center.————-We LOVE Yellow Brick road EP. We are so happy they decided to open when they did! We did not have to search far and wide because as soon as we visited, it was a no brainer. Our daughter has been attending for over a year now starting at 4 months. She recently graduated from the infant room to the wobbler room and loves all of the new experiences with the same friends that are growing with her. Its so rewarding as a parent to take a quick break and check out the app where teachers send photos of them playing and learning along with any other updates throughout the day. All of the teachers are fantastic, but special shout out to everyone in the infant and wobbler rooms! We love knowing that all the teachers make this feel like a second home because it truly is. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do!

As a new parent returning to work, the last thing youd want to do is leave your baby. Yellow Brick Road made this transition as easy and seamless as possible. The app is incredibly easy to use and the teachers are very responsive in giving you updates, answering questions, and sending photos of your child. The teachers here are absolutely amazing. You can tell they genuinely care for each and every little one. We are so lucky to have found such a great place - though technically we didnt find it! My niece has been attending Yellow Brick Road since she was 6 weeks old and loves it!

We have loved our experience at YBR for our two year old twins! Great communication, awesome teachers, fun curriculum, and lots of outdoor time.

I had a great experience with Yellow brick road and the child care providers!! I can’t say the same for accounts receivable so many mistakes were made and not fixed.

Both of our sons go here and absolutely love it! We receive daily photos and updates on how their day is going and updates on what is needed throughout the week. The teachers and management do a great job.There’s a monthly night we can take the kids in for date night and the kids can watch movies on a projector, they even collected pretend tickets at the entrance to the gymnasium.

Our baby is 8 months old and has been going to YBR-Eden Prairie since 3 months of age. I had a hard time thinking my baby would be away from me so much during the work week but the teachers in the infant room have made me feel completely comfortable with the care she is getting when I can’t be with her. Ms. Jasmine is amazing and she takes the time to get to know the parents and your baby well. Our daughter loves to see her teachers faces in the morning and that makes us so happy. I was scared that at a center I would feel that my baby was just “another baby” but the staff really make it feel like a small atmosphere. You get the benefit of a great curriculum with a smaller class feel. I would recommend YBR to any new parents looking for infant care!

We were very cautious and selective when finding care for our newest baby this past Fall and spoke with and interviewed many different providers. We had never used a daycare center for our other kids and were nervous to make the shift to this facility. But yellow brick road eased our worries from the very first meeting with the director. She was so accommodating to our needs including part time care. The hours of 6 am to 6 pm are also so nice for parents like us who work long days and cant pick up by 5 pm like other daycares require. Most importantly, our baby always seems happy in the pictures her teachers send throughout the day and seems so content at pickup. As parents we still worry constantly, but at least with their parent app we can check in all day to see how shes doing, her bottles/eating, and when shes sleeping, etc. Thank you, Yellow Brick Road.

Yellow Brick Road is a wonderful place with teachers who truly care about the little ones who attend. They update us with pictures and notes throughout the day and give extra love on the days it’s needed.

We adore this center. We moved from a less than adequate childcare center. Everything about this center is pleasing to a child and a parent. It is clean, the staff is kind and respectful and the activities are educational and fun. This is a wonderful location, with a huge play area and outdoor classroom for warmer months. Our toddler and our family are very happy to be a part of the Yellow Brick Road family in Eden Prairie.

Our son has been at Yellow Brick Road EP since June 2019 and we cannot imagine taking him anywhere else. We truly wish we would have enrolled him at YBR sooner than we did. Every single one of our sons teachers and all the directors have been amazing! We have been able to connect with each one on personal level and have enjoyed getting to know them all. It is comforting knowing those who are caring for our son are such great people. We always heard there was a lot teacher turnover at centers, but we have not experienced that at all with YBR. Instead, our son is still connected to his teachers from the different age groups he has been in.We receive daily reports via a phone app, which allows us to stay involved in our sons growth and development while we are working. We know that while we are away, our son is being nurtured, comforted and provided the ability to learn and grow in such a wonderful and caring environment! YBR provides healthy and yummy breakfast and snacks, as well as healthy catered lunches. The kids are exposed to variety of foods which has helped expand our sons palate. YBR also has a large space to play outside, as well as an indoor gym for the kids to let energy out! There isnt one thing about YBR that we do not like- we are so thankful for their commitment to their families and their community.
