Im so happy to have found this team of Martial artist!! Sifu and David make learning fun and help my boys and brothers set goals . A much needed life skill. Cant wait to see what I look like in six months of kickboxing. If you live here and your not training with this team your missing out.

Ive been taking the kickboxing class for a couple of weeks now and its been an awesome experience! The instructor is amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I had an interest for our family to get involved with different forms of Martial Arts. We found Dueling Dragons almost 4 months ago! The whole family attends classes and the price is VERY fair compared to other Martial Arts schools in the area. Sifu and Simu make it an extremely family-oriented and welcoming environment. The kids karate classes are amazing, somehow the instructor manages to teach all students at once and on different levels.As for the adult classes I have only participated in kickboxing, for now. It is a go at your own pace and no one feels uncomfortable with where they are starting. (At least I didnt!) If you want to be pushed or have further goals, the instructors have been more than happy to help push to meet goals.It is an extremely supportive environment and we feel blessed that we found our Martial Arts home!!!

Great instructor very family friendly

I have been going to the Cardio Kick Boxing class and taking Kung Fu lessons for about three months now.Sifu John and Simo Lynn are very friendly people who genuinely care about your health and well being. They do not try to PUSH or FORCE you to do anything, but they offer suggestions and healthy alternatives in regards to supplements and food.Same with the Cardio Kick Boxing class, if there are exercises that you cannot do, or have a difficult time with - Sifu will show you an alternative exercise to help build your body up to be able to do the original exercise.In regards to Kung Fu - Sifu John distills his knowledge in a very easy-to-understand way and also has supporting information available from the dueling dragons website. For me personally, I look forward to the Kung Fu lessons the most as I always learn something new.An important thing to note is that Sifu John teaches to the student in regards to physical ability and what they need to progress.I find the prices to be extremely reasonable for the knowledge and care that I receive.Something else to consider is the other people who attend the classes. They have been nothing but kind and supportive to me, which has also helped immensely. This place has a sense of community to it that I have rarely experienced in my life.Since I have started this, I went from roughly 330 lbs to 290lbs and I am continuing to lose weight and build muscle. I could not get up from a chair without extreme effort and now it is effortless. I was afraid to move for fear of pain and now there is no pain. The transformation for me has been night and day.Bottom line, this is a great place to learn martial arts and to improve your physical health. I recommend coming here to anyone remotely interested in martial arts.

My two children love taking Kung Fu. Sifu John is an amazing instructor and very patient with all his students. I take a Tai Chi class and its very calming and peaceful. We love the Dojo and all the equipment they have.

Tai chi class is wonderful. Instructor is marvelous.
