This is the best tumbling gym and dance studio in the RGV. WE LOVE IT!! ❤️💙 They are a very diverse gym! Coaches are experienced and nice! Several of their high school students have received dance or cheer scholarships to prestige Universities all over the country. THEY ARE ALSO THE MOST AFFORDABLE GYM IN THE SOUTH TEXAS.You should go check them out.

Highly qualified instructors, reasonable prices, and incredible results. The instructors teach the students the skills, technique, and discipline to becoming a professional athlete. MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT HERE!!!

THEY DONT HAVE THE PATIENCE TO TEACH!!I do not recommend! Coach/Owner is very rude!I signed up my daughter for tiny tumbling and on her first day as we left she got into the vehicle crying! As she was explaining to me she said the coach was very rude and screamed at her (on her first and only day) instead of helping her. I signed her up so she can LEARN, she didn’t know anything and they clearly didn’t have the patience to teach. All they did was put her to the side to do push ups. (again, signed her up for tumbling not to do push-ups)So I called and requested a refund and they said they’ll get back to me and noted my daughters name and number. (Never got a call from them I had to insist) I kept calling throughout the week and it was always the same answer that they’ll get back to me. Two weeks later as of today I also called for the refund and it quickly escalated as she did not want to give me the refund and accused me of harassing her (I only asked for a refund lol) Then hung up as the “professional” she is. Great excuse to not give a refund (finally something shes good at) So if your looking into loosing money and getting your kids yelled at here’s a great place.

If you’re looking for your children to be mistreated & sit in the corner most of their time. This is the prefect place to go. Took my 4 year old little girl & they made her cry since she couldn’t do any push ups. Not Professional for being a Children class of 4 years-5years. Theirs a different of being strict & not being able to communicate, work with children. They just have a bad attitude.

I put my two daughters to do dance and tumbling at this studio and in a week they’ve learned multiple skills and have made many friends. The environment is amazing and welcoming and I do appreciate that they are still checking temperatures for covid. I’ve seen a couple of reviews about the coaches and owner and I completely disagree. The owner is nice and very professional and the coaches are very good as well. Especially the dance coaches!!!!!!! My daughters love them! Not only have they learned new dance skills but also terminology! The coaches can be strict at times but that’s what coaches need to be in order for our kids to improve. Overall I’ve noticed a huge improvement in both of my daughters skills in such a short amount of time, as well as their behaviors! I see them practicing at night and the next day looking forward to practice again. I’ve put my kids in multiple studios and this is the place they love (which says a lot since they’re very picky lol)

I would totally recommend this place. They have great coaches that know what they are doing and they produce great results with all there students.

By far the best dance studio company in the Valley!!! One of a kind and unique. Great owners and dance instructors. I absolutely LOVE that they not only have dance but cheer and tumbling for my little ones! They love attending and enjoy the atmosphere, coaches and their teammates. I have never seen a better owner and coach than Trini. She truly is amazing with the children and teaches great discipline and focus. Affordable and great company to have your kids go to!! By Far the BEST!!!

I have been a dance teacher for over 20 yrs and have taught all levels, styles, and age groups. That being said I highly recommend this studio. Their technique and understanding of dance is top notch. I have personally seen them develop students to a high caliber of dance in a short amount of time. This studio is phenomenal!

Absolutely love this facility. Brought my daughter here because I was tired of her just being “that kid” at other gyms. Here they make her feel important and like their own! Love how the parents here are great as well, and when we see their conversations with the owners, they are just great and so welcoming!!Now whoever gave them one stars, we’re just parents who use to attend, that were generously given money back to them when they demanded a refund for some dumb uniforms, which I ABSOLUTELY think that the owners should NOT have given back, because let’s face it, NO GYM even gives that back 😅, and these parents were super demanding when they didn’t even pay their dues on time yet had the audacity to DEMAND 😅.Come on, you got your money, now go harass another gym! 👏Hernandez Family and all their other customers are here to stay!!!

This studio is one of a kind. Amazing staff and amazing owners. A chance for young kids to be able to learn a lot in dancing, tumbling,cheer and so much more. I truly recommend if you want to get your kids involved in something they truly will like and especially if they are passionate in learning the heart of dancing studio 956 Dance Productions is truly the place to go.

Such a great gym and dance studio!! Literally a one stop shop!! They have tumbling for ages 3 and up!! And others classes including aerial silk classes for adults!! That is something NOT offered at many facilities here in the RGV! And the owners are young but super professional and i really applaud their structure!! Way to go Studio 956!! My daughter joined studio 956 when they first opened. We were new to the sport. My daughter fell in love and the coach really helped her gain skills. But from the beginning money issues were a little weird. I didnt feel like I could always trust to get what I paid for. Sometimes that was private lessons. Sometimes practice wear ordered or made by the coach. In the end everything I was owed was given to me, late and with alot of asking but I did recieve it. There was always was an excuse for everything. Usually very conflicting ones. But because my daughter was happy I choose to ignore my concerns. I had enough when I found out uniforms many paid for were never ordered (though the coach will swear up & down they were and blame anyone she can). When fundraisers were being thrown that money was never seen by the students nor were we told where it was being used. The week we left the lights were being turned off for non payment. I knew my daughter deserved better. Another concern was how the students were talked to. Talked down to. And parents being talked about. Personal things being spoken about. The coach has a way of trying to make you feel good about your child by putting another child down. Parents should really think twice before joining and if you do Id just question everything, get receipts and always be aware. I chose to take my daughter out because the drama was too much. I hope things can be taken care of more professionally from here on out and no one else go through what those that left did. These owners need a wake up call, they are good coaches but should leave business matters to a professional. Those writing good reviews on behalf of this gym are either family or new parents who havent experienced the things we did or the owners themselves making fake accounts. I wish new comers the best and no need to bash what you dont know and werent there to witness. I hope this review helps.

Studio 956 is Amazing, I moved my daughter here to try it out and she immediately loved it! Trini and her staff made myself and my daughter feel at home and welcomed. She has learned so much in the few months that she has being attending both cheer and tumbling classes.

I love this place! The instructors are so professional and my daughter learned so much! Wish she could continue going but unfortunately we moved to Amarillo. I would recommend them to anyone! ❤️

Love this gym! We were in the market for a cheer and tumbling gym this past summer for our 2 girls and believe me we did our homework. After researching and trying out other Rio Grande Valley cheer and tumbling gyms we fell in love with Studio 956 immediately. Coach Trini and staff were very professional and highly skilled instructors. They are very well accredited and hold many titles, she took time to answer all my questions and was very helpful with getting our 2 girls going. Now for the best part, the class sizes are not so big so your child gets the individual attention and instruction they deserve, great environment, they do community involvement as well, they actually care about your kids here and don’t see them just as a number. My girls love it so much they are excited to attend practice and are always eager to tell their friends of what they have learned at Studio956. My oldest nailed her split the first week and now shows it to everyone she meets, LOL. If your in the market for a gym, I highly recommend giving Studio956 a visit.
