My daughter has been going to Mana Martial Arts since she was 3-1/2 yrs old and she loves it. Now I am planning to put my 4 yr old son too. Mana Martial Arts teachers are really good at how they train kids. Miss April is really good with small kids. They are very professional and kids love their martial arts coaches. Sensei Jason, Miss April and Mr. B are all Black belts, highly trained professional who take the training seriously and at the same time have personal bonding with every kid. Absolutely recommend this place!!!

My boys have been taking classes at Mana Martial Arts for the past 2 years and Im thrilled with the results of this program!Classes: I like how the classes are set up to be fun and accessible to children, while at the same time kids are learning martial arts and practical self defence skills. I find that the classes are very well structured.Instructors: Sensei Jason and Mrs. April are amazing! They teach kids through positive reinforcement and instill confidence by inspiring my boys to be their very best.Dojo: The new dojo is spacious, well equipped and well lit.My kids are really enjoying their experience with Mana Martial Arts. They learn valuable martial arts and self defence skills as well as how to listen to direction, pay attention, work as a team with the other kids, develop their balances/physical skills/reflexes and more.Weve also been very happy with the Summer Camp program and After-School program that Mana provides!I definitely recommend it!

Mana Martial Arts is incredible!!! All 3 of my children have been going there for months, and it has truly become their second family. The entire staff has a gift for working with children, and it shows! The love and support my kids have received from the Mana family has done wonders for their self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being. Love love love them!!!
