Ive been attending Mora for YEARS. I love love love this place! Its like my second home. The environment is so comfortable and welcoming. They have a wide variety of classes and apparatuses-pole, lyra, hammock, chair, flexibility. They keep the place impeccably clean. Its such a beautiful community. I cant imagine what my life would be like had I not found them.

Super unreasonable about refunds. I signed up for a 6 week class the same time as my friend, but we didn’t realize there was only 1 spot left in the class until after I paid because there was no way to know on the website. She got put into a waitlist so I canceled my class right away as it stated in the policy that we have to cancel 72 hours before the class start time or else I lose my money. Turns out, even if you follow that, you still CANNOT get your money back. You can only reschedule the classes. Be careful if you are thinking about signing up with a friend. The policy at the end said “no refunds” after the section about people who have not canceled their class within the window, but it ALSO applies only to people who HAS has canceled within 74 hours. I politely asked them for a refund explaining the situation, but because of their “no refund, no exceptions” policy, they are sticking to it even in this silly situation. Learn from my mistake.I guess I’ll have to try a couple classes here, so I’ll update my review about the class themselves. However, this simple mistake costed me $99… it’s quite frustrating.

This is a unique and wonderful place. There are multiple options for classes that teach pole, aerial hammock, and aerial hoop. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and uplifting. There is no experience quite like this place for fitness of the mind and body. If you want to develop some fun skills and confidence this is the place for it. Its a great way to boost self esteem and meet fun people. They also are doing great at following Covid guidelines to ensure their students stay healthy.

Ive been coming to classes at this studio for 8 months now, and it has been life changing. It has been the perfect environment for physical growth, but also for emotional and mental healing.After a long or difficult day, this studio is the perfect place to relax and relieve stress. All of the instructors offer something challenging in their classes, but they tailor them to each students strengths and abilities. They encourage everybody to explore their own journey and goals, while offering support and guidance.My strength, self confidence, and body positivity have never been higher, and I am so excited to keep growing.

This is a great place to have fun with fellow students, work out, release stress. This is the only work out thing I could keep up more than two months (now Ive been going there for 9 months). There are many different classes, from pole dancing to flexibility. Instructors are very friendly and fun. Studio itself is clean and nice. If you want to find your inner sexy cat - that is definitely the place to start looking!

I have been taking classes here since they opened and I love it!! Firstly the studio is by far the cleanest studio Ive ever been to. My feet are never black when I leave here and it always smells and look well kept. After every class the mats are cleaned and the floors are swept.Secondly, Uplift offers a wide range of classes and all the instructors are friendly and professional. Each class is well rounded and will have something for everyone. The owners will also get back to you very quickly on any questions or clarifications you have.Lastly, all of the people who come through Uplift are exceptional. I really have a sisterhood and tribe here. Theres really something special here that builds bonds.I highly recommend you try this studio. Warning! You will be hooked. They usually have some kind of new student special going on so ask about that. The workshops they have here are also fantastic and highly recommended.
