The price was not an issue. The issues with this company are poor communication- little to none- instructions CLEAR AS MUD on what your action items are to be completed.Called today to ask about what I am supposed to submit to be able to get my daughters permit. The lady ran around the question on circles to still never answer my question. Total waste of money. Send your kids to the school district programs. They are not helpful at resolving issues quickly.

Very unprofessional, never returns phone calls. Very quick to take your money but if you need assistance not so quick. Wishing we didnt have to use this company but since my daughter attends private school there is no option through her school.

First problem I had was that the paperwork for my son to get his permit was filled out by the instructor incorrectly and we turned away from the DMV on our first attempt. This is a problem because during the pandemic the wait times was 2 hours in the heat only to be told the paperwork was useless. The other issue is that they never have drive times available for their students to finish the course. Lastly if you are expecting anyone to get back to you or answer your questions you are better off finding a different company. Currently I am ready to demand a refund if they cannot find time to get my son the behind the wheel portion of the class yet they have no problems continuing to enroll new students to not have time for.

My son and daughter both went here and the service was excellent. Both were able to get their license on time for their 16th birthdays!

The teaching was great but the customer service was abismal. Scheduling the required drives was a nightmare and nearly impossible. Not only was it difficultly to schedule a drive but it took a harsh phone call to get my son to his scheduled drives. Would not recommend going here for drivers ed due to the ladder part of my review.

While I believe that my child received adequate instruction, it was heavily outweighed by my experiences with the owners and administrative staff, which were abysmal. While I have no idea how these people treat others, in my experience, they wouldnt hesitate to scream, attack and insult at routine questions which I can only surmise they viewed as provocations. I can say without hesitation this marred my experience so much that my remaining children will not use their school, and I steer people clear when asked.

My son went here for his driving school it was a very excellent place I feel he learned a lot more here that he would have learned in a school program and they are very helpful and considerate of the students
