My name is Keith H and along with my brother and sister we started working out at Master Connirys Tang Soo Do studio in 1976 when we just kids, and he was barely 30 years old.Karate training was one of the best things that we ever did, a big part of my life for 20 years. Conniry taught us discipline, hard work, self confidence, and a goal oriented focus on improvement that serve me well to this day.It is very impressive that Master Conniry dedicated his life to marital artsin that studio at the corner of Fletcher Parkway and Westwind. Great memories of working out, sweating like crazy, dodging kicks & punches- God I miss it.Thank you Master Conniry !
