Terribly disappointed by this daycare, my son was in there for a few months, on toddler class he was well taken care of, but things started to change after he moved up to the fireflies class, he wasn’t happy to attend the class at all, every morning he would cry the second he walks into the class, of course we all know they will need some time to adjust to the changes, however after two months he still act the same, and we had notice he had changed a lot since the move, he wasn’t as happy when he came home, he doesn’t smile as much as before, diapers were not timely changed. We brought a box of diaper from Costco (comes with two bags) and took a bag to the school, we went through our second bag and the bag at school were only used a quarter, when we asked the teacher she would always said they were changed every two hours, but it doesn’t add up if that’s the case, one day my son came back with terrible diaper rash, my wife was super upset, we got the same answer when we confronted the teacher, my son was afraid of the teacher in charge of that class room, and we were afraid to file complain to the office knowing my son still attend that class, we now took him to a new daycare, two days in he didn’t even cry a single second in the morning when he goes in, that tells me as a parent the quality of service that my son is receiving, and gives me a piece of mind knowing he is in good hand while we can’t be with him.
