The receptionist that work in the office at the El Monte CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT are incompetent workers. They get mad when someone walks in with a question and are bothered to help people. You are government workers and tax payers, pay so you can do YOUR job.

These “uniform policies” are not very good for our kids. The slogan my kid would hear at her school was “be unique , be different” but how can they be different with tacky uniforms that doesn’t show who they are? The schools academic areas aren’t doing well at all, and to top it off my kid comes home starving herself because “the food is disgusting.” not the type of school i’d want my child in anymore.

My son goes to rio hondo elementary school. The 2 ladies that work at the office need to be replaced. When i try to make contact with dr. Wallace shes never there to talk to her about some issues. When i contact the school district because of the issues that need to adress i cant get a hold of the supervisors that are in charge and never return my calls.

It is a great school district focused on social justice education for all students.

Doeant matter if u come from a diff distric with transfer . if a child needs additional help in certain area such as tutor or sst testing you will get denied. I dont think that is right. Some people like me dont have an option. My sitter lives in this area which is 4 block away from me and my youngest is been denied. And is curently not doing well in all areas of school work. Thanks distric. No child gets left behind. (really) dont seem like it!
