I am having a lot of fun in Vista College . All the teachers are so helpful. I was so proud of myself because I didnt know I could do what Ive accomplished. Everyone in Vista College are so helpful even the staff. I am so excited for my graduation coming up.

Such a breath of fresh air compared to what I have to deal with at the Longview campus. They can never seem to help me with anything.

Mr.G is a very well rounded guy, awesome teacher! Throughout my entire life going to school wasnt easy. My teachers had big classes, so couldnt help out all the students. As far a Mr. G. He knows how to teach and makes it easier for us students to learn. He does what he can to make you understand what you are trying to learn. Overall, Mr. G is a big help and is a awesome person.

Vista College has been a great experience. the staff and the instructors, the classes are amazing you learn and they are fun. Personally I do recommend Vista College because its not like other colleges they do give you the attention and all the materials you are going to need for your courses.Mr. Hernandez is the best instructor I had he has helped me so much on understanding everything and how to make it work. He puts a lot of effort for us to understand the material he is giving us each day.

I called this morning as I was having trouble logging into my student portal. Ms. Castro answered and assisted me super quick. Very polite and understanding. I love this school and their staff. Theyve made my return back to school so easy and Im very very thankful for that. Keep up the great work..😁

The Mr Roberto Rangel is a good instructor to learn hands-on with. Mr Daniel Barlow is also a great instructor in doing hands-on. Both instructors are always happy to help students with their learning materials in the classes they are teaching or even outside of the classes they are not teaching.

Friendly staff. The education department at this facility communicates effectively but is not very organized with high volume applicants. Course load and materials are well executed.

As a disabled veteran, I require some unique accommodations in order to get me through the program I enrolled in at Vista college. They have, thus far, been very willing to accommodate my disabilities. Although it hasnt been perfect, I have taken issue with some minor things I observed while I have been going to school at Vista, they listened to what I had to say, and in part acted on it. As for what they have not acted on, that will be for future students to determine. for the most part my experience at Vista college has been a very positive one. Im looking forward to graduating from the school and getting back into the workforce.

My experience at vista college has been great. From the beginning everyone has been so helpful to me, they made signing up for college super easy. Since I’ve been going their I’ve learned a ton of information about the IT field. My instructors are VERY knowledgeable on anything you ask them and if they don’t happen to know they will work with you to help you find out the information you need. The director of the program Mr. Rangel is also extremely helpful with everything you ask of him. His help is one reason I’m doing so well in my course. All in all if your looking for a college but don’t know what you want to do I suggest trying out the IT associates degree program from vista college.

Mrs. Valdiviezo is an amazing hard working teacher. She informs you of everything you will in out in the field. Help you to understand the point of the class and answer any questions you may have. In lab she will show you how to properly perform procedures as well what not to do. Im glad I have her as a teacher.

Coming into vista college as a working adult has been easy. So easy that it dosent even feel like school. Mr. Gallardo is an amazing teacher that goes out of his way to make sure you understand the material. I have never had a teacher that teaches the way he does, the way he connects with his students makes us want to learn more.

Worst school decision Ive made. They forced out of state students to break quarantine/state lockdown. Their classes were online but somehow they lost accreditation for it. They supplied all school supplies in tuition costs only to ask for us to now go spend money on more supplies for a single class. They require you to do ungraded work in class and do graded homework over the weekend where most students need to work to pay off their tuition fees. When asked about making students break state lockdowns (before they were lifted) the only response back was oh we followed cdc guidelines, you can drop out or attend another branch that does online only0/10 score for this school

I am really learning a lot and the environment and atmosphere is really conferrable to be in i really hope i get get a lot form this experience.

I havent had a teacher/instructor as helpful as Mr. Gallardo is. When someone has questions he is willing to stop whatever he is doing to help out and come out with a solution for his students. Coming to Vista College after years of not having any school he has made sure that i understand and know how to handle any problem or issue that i come upon.

Teachers do care and go out there way to give extra help and give a better understanding on the subject

Ms. Sainz is a very good teacher she gives you a lot of good tips. She does give her honest opinions and that’s what I appreciated the most. She will stay for workshops to help those who are willing to get help.

Vista College is a very good college to obtain a career, personally I am in the Dental area and I liked it a lot, the teachers are very nice specially Mrs Perea she is such an awesome teacher and the staff is very friendly.

They are absolutely kind & helpful with anything that you need help on , I just called because I’m having some issues with my laptop & they where able to help on the quicks.

Vista college is a very good campus, the instructors are very kind and very caring about their students, especially Mrs. Perea from the dental assistant program, she is an amazing instructor!! If I could get her for each class I would love too. She explains everything so well and teach us a lot. Mrs. Perea is definitely my favorite teacher. Mrs. López is an amazing instructor as well. Overall the programs are fast and you learn a lot.

I’m currently a student at Vista College, I am studying Dental Assisting. My instructor is Ms. Perea, who has taught me everything I need to know to be successful in my field of study.

The enrollment was pretty fast, finacial aid was quick as well the programs so far have been great i would recommend

The truth is that I am surprised at the help that they will give us even with the pandemic, they help us if we have to take a bus, with the material with everything, apart from the fact that it has some super amazing teachers and very accessible with students. Apart from the kindness of everyone at vista college, the way you teach us even with the pandemic is amazing, the truth is that I love and recommend vista college.

Vista college has been a great school. This is my second chance at a college and I don’t regret being here. Every day I wake up wanting to come to school and learn more on my career. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was supposed to start in Feb but i was about to give birth to my son, and the admin was very helpful to get me to start right after my 6 weeks. I just started 2 weeks ago and my teacher is funny and she helps us learn by showing us videos making diagrams and im a visual learner so it helps me alot. I didnt think the online school would be helpful because im a visual learner but my teacher Mrs. Lopez makes it easier, im excited to continue

Mrs. Sainz is a great teacher you learn so much in her class, as she is teaching she gives a little of her own personal experience when she worked as a dental assistant, it helps you get a different view of how it will be in the office

Vista College charged my account an additional $5,000 the day before they shut down. $5k over contract and no classes.Thank you to those faculty who did look out for us while we were there.

I’m currently enrolled in the school , just started my second term and 3 days before I’m supposed to start my clinicals I get an email stating I’m not cleared! I’ve reached out the director as well as of admissions and no one answers emails nor calls! It’s extremely unprofessional to send out emails days before when I’ve asked if I was cleared I was told I was! The least they can do is return emails and calls!!

Online schooling is a little complicated but ill get the hang of it other then that my experience so far is going good

Personally the school isn’t that bad but if it wasn’t for my teacher Mrs. Lopez, A she has been such a great motivation for me to continue on at Vista. She’s been hands on and helpful every single step of the way here at Vista. If you get her you will be as lucky as i am to experience her as a teacher.

As I finish my first semester of the LVN program here I think I’ve been here long enough to shed some light on this school & these poor reviews. This school has been nothing but a wonderful experience since I’ve been here. The nursing instructors have gone above and beyond for their students to ensure all of our success & I can definitely say it exceeded my expectations. Pursuing this school took a leap of faith but when I finish I’ll be forever grateful I did!!

Im taking the Information Technology Course here and so far Im loving the advanced course. My degree also offers free tutoring from. The teaches Ive had so far are John Shepherd & Michael Speed and not only do they teach well but they are actively in this career field with their business they own. Vast majority of my learning is hands on which makes learning I.T. even easier.

Mandy was my rep and she was very professional. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, she was on it and very timely with her responses. She made my transition in the school as pain free as possible and worked with my schedule very well.

Dr. Luciano Coultolenc is a great teacher. He makes sure you understand the material and he will help you until you get it right. He is very patient and always has a positive attitude towards everything.

If you want to be a dental assistant in Texas you do not need to go to this school. There are online, extremely affordable options, followed by submitting all paperwork to the Texas dental board. They will then mail you your license. I still have a balance of $7,000 for 2 1/2 classes I took with Vista before waking up and “dropping” out. If I could go back in time I would get my license online, volunteer my time in an office for experience, and more than likely get hired once proven worthy. Spend your money at a community college.

Excellent teachers and good institutions. I attended the electrical course and found the program director Michael Beeler to be very helpful and knowledgeable in the electrical field. as well as helpful with anything needed outside of classroom.

I am in the Medical Assistant program. Ms Ávila is a great instructor and one of the best I’ve had. She explains things in a simple and very effective way. She genuinely cares about us and you feel she really wants to see us prosper as students and in our lives.

Capstone - probably one of, if not the most challenging class in all Medical Assisting program - Mrs. Facio - So far the best teacher Ive had, she is the most sincere, professional, and attentive teacher when it comes to making you succeed. If you want to go through your class like a knife through butter, you might want to take a class with her - it is so easy to understand everything she explains and she will not overwhelm you with information you dont need, breaking down the class into the simplest yet most complete class I have probably taken.

My daughter loves it here! This is a great college if you find classes that interest you. They provide great assistance to get enrolled.

Claudia Facio Is the best instructor that I had, she focus a lot in stuff that will appear in our certifications. She is always motivating students to do the best at anything. Her teaching technique helped me a lot, along with the handouts, and the reading assignments.

I am currently a student at Vista College in the Information Technology program. I have learned alot about the IT field since attending Vista College. I love how they balance the classroom and hands on portions of the program. I also love how the Instructors are very knowledgeable and actually have experience in the field. Im enrolled into INT 102 and my instructor is Mr. Michael Speed. His class is very informative and useful. We learn new things everyday and structured to the degree that we leave the class confident and proficient in our skills as I.T. technicians. Hes entertaining, easy to approach and talk to, we know what his standards and intentions are so that also makes the class good to be in. He definitely gives us the tools to be able to work on the outside and better ourselves in life.
