Yo whats good, lowkey have some good memories . Part of a legendary class the same year LeBron came back from 3-1, and if you want your young bucks to grow up with a nice skill set that involves steal the jewel among other cool PE games then this is the place. Heard a lot of complaints about current principal, hmmm don’t know about that, maybe just see for yourself. Pretty Hispanic so go ahead and send your Hispanic kid here, good community for that. Bathrooms give me PTSD sometimes cause of shenanigans with the boys but other than that pretty clean. Also a UV light from a pen might reveal some pretty funky symbols that I know of.

By far one of the best Catholic schools in the city.

If I could give this school zero stars I would. They pay no attention to the students and everything is done on a whim. They served me fake food so I didnt even eat.

We moved from CO in August. My daughter attended catholic school there and it was the best experience we ever had. So when we got here we didnt think twice about putting her again in catholic school. Unfortunately we are very unhappy with this school. Thet dont have a gym, nor art classes. Some of St. Mathew teachers have very old teaching techniques. They use the scaring and threatening approach. This is unpleasant and not efficient. The principal is unprofessional. Every time I had any concerns and tried to talk with her I felt patronized and talked down. She is taking teachers side, and in my opinion education is not about whos the boss. Education is about teachers teaming up with families and working together for the childrens best interest. A principals responsibility is to make sure that the school and its staff offers a great attitude and atmosphere to students, in order for them to thrive. After all, a school is the second home for kids.I do have to give credit to some teachers that are awesome

If you care about the general well being and education of your children, DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS SCHOOL. I personally know a dozen of students/parents who have withdrawn from this school in the last year due to lack of accountability from the teachers and current principal DLC. If I could give the school zero stars I would.

My son attended preschool with Ms. Villalba. She is an older teacher that seems well beyond retirement years. Her patience for small children seems to have run out. Shes been moved around several times to several different grades because shes not a good fit for any of them. My son came home sad from school every day. He started to cry to not want to go to school (which was very unlike him, because he had attended dayschools since he was age 2). He said his teacher was mean to him. I met with the principal but she was moving to Dallas and said thats just how Ms. Villalba is, strict. Other parents complained as well. I kept my son there only a month, but was required to pay half the tuition for the entire school year. That was incredibly expensive for such a poor experience (paying for uniforms, school supplies, $200 of chocolates, and then half the entire tuition..... for one month enrollment). I would consider other schools before wasting your money. I volunteered there as well and its sad how much they rely on parental support (time and money) but how little they themselves are willing to give to your child in return, preschool shouldve been a wonderful experience for my son. Welcoming, nurturing, and engaging. Instead he was met with a cold teacher, who criticized daily, was rude to parents, and started emotionally breaking down my child. Im glad I pulled him out right away. He loves his new school and teacher.
