After reading reviews I was skeptical to try this place, but I was really happy I did! The teachers were amazing helped me get my license in a short time. CDL Rapido and their instructor are very knowledgeable in what they’re doing. They will work with you as much as they can to get you where tut need to be to pass the test. Really good school would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Everyone at CDL Rapido was amazing and gave me the tools to start my Trucking career. Im not gunna tell you there was no problems but the director handled the issues and kept the school on board. If you have questions talk to Tony the director. Rodrigo has a wealth of knowledge 50 years of experience in trucking with an attitude of giving you great advice to use toward your career. I wouldnt trust anyone else for advice about how it really is in this career path. I cant forget the Office staff Margarita and Cynthia amazing ladies that will also help you if Tony is busy or try to resolve the issue themselves. You want a staff thats behind you, get behind CDL Rapido.

Best school in El Paso hands down great staff and instructors

On behave of my husband I’m writing this review. We’ve expressed prior how we are HIGHLY disappointed in this school. We’d like to communicate to not spend your money or time here. Yes, Tony has a way of selling his course yet, fails to mention how “weeks” turn into “months” and how many students leave because they can’t no longer afford to pay. Misinforming students is also something they are great at my 18 year old son in law learned this himself. The school told him he would be able to get his license and drive what the school didn’t inform him was that, “You must be at least age 21 to drive a commercial motor vehicle across Texas state lines, carrying hazardous materials, or transport of any passengers.” So now that he has his license he cannot use it because he is 19. Once my husband failed his driving test they didn’t bother to check on how he did yet, they were quick to remove him from the course group chat. Lastly, today my husband went to pick up some forms from this school and upon being there he saw his name upon the graduates. Funny how they do this because if they were to be audited their numbers have to match the graduating students. No, we do not wish to visit to further discuss this our money and time is already gone and it’s something we won’t get back. Wish you’d give the right information and stop pretending as if this school is so highly recognized.

Ironically, my review was taken off here. Would not recommend this, my dad enrolled into this school and haven’t received a license. Tony if you see this, I just hope you answer just as proud as you once were, when you had us in the dark. We choose to speak up, we can keep playing this game of you sweet talking, and you having a great school with great instructors, it didn’t work out and now we are at a lost with our money meanwhile you lost instructors.

First of all I’d like to say I’m posting this review on behalf of my father. We are HIGHLY disappointed with this school for many reasons. Not only the amount of money that goes into a school that isn’t even credited and you can get the same license for a lot cheaper at NMSU which is a credited University. My father would say he would go to his classes and learn nothing except hear stories from his instructor instead. How is one supposed to learn in that environment? We came up with the money to help my father pay for this school all so he could fail because they don’t provide the right knowledge and equipment for their students? Like him there are many others who have failed or simply move to another school because they cannot afford to pay anymore. I’m pretty sure their website is fixed and doesn’t allow to post negative reviews because how funny is it that even on google they have one negative review? Sadly it’s a school who is just in search of peoples money without giving them the proper information.

Everyone there goes above and beyond to make sure you succeed. Especially Tony will make sure everything is in order for you not to fail. All the instructors are top notch and are bilingual so English or Spanish you can succeed getting your CDL with this school

Super friendly staff, loved that classes were in English and Spanish!

Review in the words of my husband:Huge disappointment. The way they sell the program is amazing. I will give them that. They say 10-12 weeks. Unfortunately not true...your looking at months!we were having to wait to get driving time... very little organization. Its only 20 hrs driving time.. which is not enough time. For an additional 5 hrs driving time.. over $700 extra on top of the $4000 “platinum” package they offer. The material handed out for the DPS written exams did absolutely zero to help pass the test.. i had to download the whole texas cdl handbook from the DPS website, which had the answers to the exam.Problem i see here is instead of having enrollment periods to ensure all students are receiving enough time.. they are constantly enrolling. There are not enough instructors for the amount of students. I am now at Western Tech.. where there are a high amount of students who left CDL Rapido for the exact same complaints. Tony the main guy at this business is a smooth talker but unless they get more organized they will continue to see their students leave but will never admit this to new students. The truck and trailer you practice on is only 30ft where the standard is 53 feet which means you will go off into the trucking world unprepared. Raul and Patricia are good instructors but thats the only positive.Id say to prospective students... please do research. Western tech is the same price.. with more attention to detail, and the program is shorter.Pretrip at CDL Rapido will not teach you about maps and logs and does not offer defensive driving instruction.My advice.. check out western tech. 5 weeks .. where they provide all the info you need in pretrip and actual driving time to learn. And its the SAME PRICE!Good luck to all future truckers!

I Send some people that wanted to be truck drivers but they didn’t help them and for the prices there’s some better schools out there I support local small companies but not what I thought on this one .

This school is just stealing money theres students that have been there for more than 7 months we gave this as a gift to our nephew and we are very upset definitely dont recommend.

The owner of this establishment is an absolute scam artist. He hires people, pays them, and then disputes the payments when the work has been completed. He is rude and abusive to staff and vendors. If you are considering doing business with him in any fashion - be warned. He is not to be trusted at all and you could lose it all.

Currently I have seen many displeased wives, in this case I am one of them, this gentleman tony only says and responds in the comments that there people who only ask to put a star on his page but I think the facts speak for themselves my husband has Its been more than 6 months in that school and hes just inquisitive because as I saw in a comment and of course I support him with what this person says, They dont have instructors, Erika and Raul arent there anymore and theyre just grabbing ex-students who were there beforefrom what my husband saw, I think this is nothing professional, AND NO, I DO NOT WANT TO TALK ANYTHING WITH YOU TONY)

Give your instructors a test to see if they know anything, they dont know anything, and they just made dad waste time, he had better go to western tech.

My husband has been waiting for the Driving for a while, and it will be two months, and the only thing the director can say is keep studying the pre-trip, I understand that but it is already a lot according to 12 weeks and it is already more than that, like this We decided to go to another school, I do not recommend entering here, they have too many students and no instructors, I have nothing bad to say about the instructors because it is not the fault of the bad management that the director has with the school, I should think more in the students and not get so many people until the others graduate or plan to find another director who does not burn their school so much
