Instructor was very friendly & knowledgeable. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the class was held in a small crowded section of the restaurant w/ a free standing partition that kept being knocked over onto us by the people on the other side of the partition. The instructor was just as surprised as we were about this, so I think this was due to the restaurant managers trying to crowd too people into one area.

I wish I could give them no stars! Ive gone in 3 times this week and all 3 times they have canceled the class! So inconvenient for people like me who work 12 hour shifts and try to do this class around our work schedule. If youre going to close for a week then at least state that on your answering service! Common courtesy!

The main instructor was rough around the edges, from the minute people were walking in the room, it wasnt a friendly, good morning greeting. She was condescending. And rude to her assistant in training, big no no, correction should be done in private not in public (poor lady). The main instructor shared that shes been doing this for 9 yrs, chocked! Her demeanor was unprofessional and she had a poor attitude. Constructive criticism maam... Just be nice to people, remember we are paying for your services. Take time to present yourself at a higher standard of professionalism.

I was told im going to receive my certificate on a certain date. But i didnt get it. I had the right address on my receipt they just told me it was lost. And told me to come pick it up at furrs. I definitely dont recommend this school!!!!
