I absolutely love this place. My child comes home happy every day and has learned so much since going there for 6 months now. He’s learning his animals (and their sounds), colors and numbers really well. They even help with potty training! They call me if they need too. Communication is good. It’s clean and has plenty of things for kiddos to do and learn. They are a great team to work with! I highly recommend ToyBox day care!

This daycare is great! They have done nothing but wonderful things for and with my children. Both of my children LOVE going to school and talk all the time about how they love Ms. Alice and their other teachers. They go above and beyond to ensure safety for the children there and they genuinely love the children they care for. They keep every thing very clean which is a HUGE plus to me!My oldest child never went to daycare so when my 2 year old was almost 6 weeks old, I had to begin the journey to find a daycare that I would feel comfortable leaving him with. I looked at most daycares around and was not impressed with any of it. I didnt know if I would be able to return to work because I couldnt leave my baby in any of the places I had seen. Then I found Toy Box and have never worried or had any issues. Before signing my 2 year old up, Alice wanted to meet with me and get to know me and learn about my childs normal mood and things he liked to do. Great daycare!! I brag to everyone about Toy Box and would definitely recommend them for any one in search of a good trust worthy daycare!

I am very pleased with this child care! I can see videos of my daughter playing through out the day and not to mention that they look after your child as if it was their own! I have nothing but great things to say about this daycare and it’s staff! It makes it easier dropping my daughter off to someone who has a very safe and friendly environment! Thank for everything!!

Do to my familys situation I have one child going to another daycare in my school district and they didnt have any more spaces so my younger daughter started going to toybox where there pressured me to move my other children there for a week. Then told me they wouldnt watch my daughter unless I moved my other children to toybox, very rude and inconsiderate!

You cannot get a hold of the owner, who deals with the process. We spent a WEEK just trying to get a hold of Alice to get information about the facility. I then had to miss a nights worth of work just to get an appointment in. Not once did she offer to show us where our child would be, simply said down stairs. We then had to give contact names (which she never called) to prove that we care for our children. After explaining that our child had high functioning autism her demeanor changed and she started being snippy. We then spent another WEEK trying to attempt to get a hold of the owner (they keep the VM full so you wont be able to check on your children). When we finally did reach Alice she informed us that there would be a registration fee that was never mentioned before. When we asked about it, she said she would call us back in 15 min. An hour later she calls back and said we are denied. I fully believe we were denied because my child has Autism! I will tell all my Mother Friends to avoid this place like the plague!

This is the best daycare i ever found for my babies. I love it Thankyou mrs. Alice for being a great women.

My mom works here, she loves that she is able to interact with the children, the children are kept under a watchful eye, they love coming to see Ms. Tammy and love learning their ABCS and 123s.

This daycare still has not paid me back what it owed. They made me pay two weeks in advance back in January and I still have not received anything in the mail.The daughter of the owner angel is very rude and disrespectful. The owner, Alice, is manipulated by her husband and her daughter. They go back on an agreement if they see that the terms don’t fit them anymore. If you ask for them to do something specifically for your child they fight with you. Even if the doctor asks for a 2 week meal and diaper change log I was told she’s going to write what she wants and how she wants it.I got a call while I was at work to come and bring my daughter her special milk because she was supposedly out. The owner was there and also the GM and both of them were not happy of me leaving. Come to find out there was milk already there for her from her father. I could of lost my job over pettiness!I was sent home, on several occasions, with other children’s clothes. If it wasn’t for one of the employees spotting the mistake I would of went home with another child’s clothes more often!If you want drama and for people to be rude to you and semi take care of your child this is the place. And the owner Alice and half her staff gave her own business, YES HER OWN BUSINESS, those five stars.P.S. this daycare has had multiple state visits and reviews on children being strapped down in a high chair and watching tv all day. please check all daycares of state visits before choosing for the sake of your child!

It speaks volumes when the only five star review is from the owner/manager of the daycare.I was told one of my kids was throwing toys at other kids and that it was becoming a problem. He doesnt do anything like that at home or out in public. He also is in tears everytime I pick him up from there. Thats never been explained to me.

This is a Terrible daycare. The first day I dropped my child off they met me at the door and wouldnt allow me to take my daughter back also I watched them chang her multiple times and they never wiped her not once! They try to feed your child more than they can handle and their daughter is very rude. When you call to see how your child is doing they give you a short answer and tell you everything is fine when its not...

Horrible day care. Had nothing but problems the entire time i took my children there. I had a specific individual who didnt care much for me.. She was rude.. Always catching attitude.. Getting in my face.. And raising her voice.. Once i got child care assistance to help me get through school.. They did everything they could to get rid of me.. Dont waste your time. My children are so happy they dont have to go back.

Do not send your children here-Sent my daughter there, for 3 months and they called her by the wrong name everyday- came home 3 seperate times covered in scratch’s or with busted lips and black eyes- but it was always brushed off with “she was aggressive and that’s what happened when other kids would fight back” never saw any other kid with injuries. They were always very rude- walked in on the teacher laying across chairs with feet up wrapped in my daughters blanket (a blanket she said I never sent with her when I asked where it had gone) while all the kids were closed in a play pen, whining and fighting. They were always talking so negative to my daughter when I picked her up. don’t trust this placeThey make many promises of what your child will do during the day and never meet any of them.Also when we decided to take her out we paid a week in advanced, Husband of owner said we could have our money back since we didn’t receive those services- when discussing getting out $110 back, gave a ridiculous excuse of having to go through FortKnox and never returned my calls after that point.

Horrible!! I feel awful for ever sending my kids here. The owners daughter is extremely rude and disrespectful. Dont ever ask question about anything because the owners daughter automatically gets loud and defensive regardless of what the question is. We had items sent home in our bag that did not belong to us. We had items disappear and when asked about them the ultimate answer was i dont know what happened to them. I could go on and on over ridiculous things that took place while I had my children enrolled here but will sum it up with this.....Bottom line, this is not the place to send your kids for care.Edited to add* I just received a call from the owner...she was irate over my Google review and took up for her daughters behavior from a phone call we had earlier. I called earlier in the day for a tax id number that is needed for filing taxes; the owners daughter was rude, irate, and disrespectful when I requested the information. She stated I was to use my receipts.....the receipts do not have the tax id number. In the end, the daughter did not give me the tax id number, then called my place of employment and made a scene over the phone. Afterward, the owner called back to my place of employment, took up for her daughters behavior and then proceeded to become upset over my Google review. Needless to say, I was still not given the information I requested.Edited to add: The owner called back to my place of employment and did provide the needed information. However, she has also called back yet again (to my personal phone) to complain about the Google review.

Good-My grand daughter is always clean.Not so good- My grand daughter is 1. It was an argument to get them to write down her diaper changes and what she ate. She kept having diarrhea. Every time I go to pick her up ( between 4:30-5:30) all the kids are sitting watching tv. She is sitting at the table in a chair that is pushed in. They want me to be happy that she is “so big”, but she’s one. She should be playing. They say she can get up if she wants to. How the chair is pushed in, she has to have help to get out. When she was let out, she was excited to move to different parts of the room and sit in different chairs.Breakfast and snack is a pop tart and milk everyday. Oh you also get applesauce with breakfast. Not the best nutritional breakfast. They clam to serve a better meal to the kids than USDA food program. What happen to variety?I’ve never been allowed in the room she stays in most of the day. They require the parents supply a diaper bag for those under 2 to keep their stuff in, but I’m not allowed to go where it’s kept so the other day I had to ask 3 times if she had a coat. They finally got it, but didn’t give me the hat and gloves her dad had sent her with.I’m a military wife of 26 years. I’ve seen many daycares, worked at them and even ran one out of my home through the military. The owner always says she trained a lot of the people in the area, the military daycare isn’t as good or stricked as hers. So why when asked to do things that all the other day cares do with out asking is it an argument. Why are the kids always in front of the tv? Why is the only good review from the owner? If they are better than all the others, as they clam, wouldn’t at least one person write a good review? The other daycares got their patrons too. I’m not impressed, but I don’t decide where she goes to daycare.
