My daughter has been attending KMA for past 4 years. She loves the classes and is always excited to go see her teachers and friends she has made there. The staff is very attentive to the kids needs and encourages the kids to do their best. Kids are encouraged to reach new belt levels, try new moves and challenge themselves in each and every class.

I have practiced Tae Kwon Do in the past and was looking for a school nearby that will get me back to where I used to be. After meeting the teachers and taking the introductory classes, I felt that this place would be good place to start my journey back. Not only did I start getting back into shape, but the fire that I had back then for the martial arts was rekindled. If you would like to start your martial arts training, I highly recommend taking the introductory deal at this school and try it out.

My son has been attending KMAA for the past 2 years. He enjoys the training and being part of their family. The teachers are very nice and experienced people who take time to help each student. My son also enjoyed the Summer Camps that KMAA offer.

I have been a student at Kennedy’s since Oct 2018 and I can’t say enough great things about this school. Patrick and Marie do a fantastic job of making everyone feel welcomed and I’m honored to be a part of the KMA family! I did research on different schools prior to going into Kennedy’s and reading through their webpage and what they offered really swayed me to giving them a try. I spoke with Patrick and talked about what I was looking for in the martial arts and decided to do their introductory offer and take Tai Chi Chuan. Now two and a half years later, and adding Dekiti Tirsia Siradas and Hsing I to the classes I am taking at Kennedy’s, I can honestly say that Kennedy’s and the martial arts have become a very important part of my life. Even through this pandemic they have been able to safely hold classes, abiding all State guidelines, but also offering zoom classes simultaneously for those that feel more comfortable that way. They’ve really gone above and beyond to try and accommodate all of their students through this rough patch. My wife and I will soon be bringing our first child into this world and I hope to one day have them join the KMA family too! In my opinion, whether you know for sure that you want to do martial arts or if you are on the fence and just looking to try something new, you won’t find a better group of teachers, nicer students, or a more top notch school than Kennedy’s Martial Arts Academy.

My daughter recently started Tae Kwon Do here. This place is wonderful. The instructors are very friendly and really good. They have a nice system of black belts working individually with the newer students. My daughter is kind of shy, but she already feels comfortable here after only a few sessions.

I cannot say enough nice things about this school. My youngest daughter, who is 8, started there a year ago and loves every minute of her martial arts classes. So much so, that the rest of our foursome of a family joined as well. The instructors absolutely love working with both kids and adults and I have never seen a class where the kids are not enjoying themselves. Between the 4 of us, we are there at least 5 days a week and if my kids could live there, they would. We have all formed friendships with the other families there and its a wonderful environment of encouragement, positivity and respect among all levels. They truly have become family to us and I highly recommend Kennedys Martial Arts if you or your child want to be taught by quality instructors who have a passion for what they do.

Our child has been taking Tae Kwon Do classes at Kennedys Martial Arts Academy since she was four years old and absolutely loves it! The instructors are wonderful with the kids. They teach with incredible patience and the perfect balance of fun and discipline. The instructors genuinely care about the development of their students; not just in martial arts, but in other areas of their lives as well. They take their time to get to know the student, ask them how theyre doing in school, in family life, in their other extra curricular activities, etc. As parents, we also appreciate that they offer after-school programs and summer camps, which our child looks forward to all the time! Really great place, and were so grateful to have found them!

Great martial arts school that teaches good values and practicality. The instructors are very experienced at what they do and put in a lot of effort to make sure students can be the best that they can be. I have been here for 9 years and through their hard work, I learned good virtues and developed strengths that have helped me to accomplish goals I didn’t think I was capable of achieving.

I have been studying and training at Kennedys for 10 years. I can attest to the owners total love and passion for all aspects of the Martial Arts and the time and care they take with their students to mentor well rounded Martial Artists. I have personally witnessed the growth and development of KIDS into respectful, honest, and polite young adults who have a great understanding of their place in society as well as their own self worth. The owners take time to understand how their students learn best and then tailor their teaching to maximize the students ability to learn and truly care about all of their students growth and development. I would not hesitate to recommend this school to anyone.

Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy are wonderful people who take time with their students. I highly recommend the Kennedy Martial Arts Academy to any who are interested. My daughter enjoys the training and the atmosphere.

I’m only giving this place one star because google is making me, if it were up to me, I’d give this place ZERO stars. The class is garbage. They don’t teach my children anything useful. My kids go there, play, and come back home. It’s such a waste of money. It’s supposed to be a place to learn something yet my children come home learning nothing. The instructors have no idea what they are doing most of the time. Absolutely disappointed in what I experienced.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about KMAA! Over the years our son has studied here, the Kennedy family has become an extension of our own family. Our son loves his time at KMAA, learning martial arts, building lifelong friendships, and spending time with a group of people who truly care about his growth and development. We are grateful for the Kennedy family and give our highest recommendation of KMAA.

We have been coming to this school over 7 years! We have 2 kids doing martial arts and kids sambo class.. The instructors ( owners) are just wonderful people .. They really know what they are doing and always ready and happy to help..

Its a wonderful, family-owned school with a legitimate lineage and one of the most senior Tang Soo Do grandmasters in the world. Great kid & adult presence of both genders.

Very knowledgeable instructors who have the patience of a saint and willing to take extra effort to make sure the student understands the form and execution of it. Thumbs up all the way for this well rounded martial arts academy!

Our grandkids have been at Kennedys for years and they love it! The instructors/owners love what they do and it shows. We love seeing how our grandkids improve at every belt. If you dont believe me, come in and see for yourself!

I have been a student at Kennedys for almost 4 years now, studying Tae Kwon Do. At first I was very nervous since I was an adult and it would have been my first martial arts class ever, but Patrick and Marie who run the school are the kindest and most welcoming people. The adult class is filled with so many great people all wanting to learn and supporting each other along the way. The classes and instructions are first-rate and cover so much, from basics, forms, self-defense, and after you advance enough sparring. Its great to learn kicks and punches, but its also nice to hear the practical side of things, like why you would use this kick in a real world situation. Its this additional knowledge and expertise from Patrick and Marie that really take learning Tae Kwon do to a whole new level. I would highly recommend if you are thinking about trying martial arts try the beginners special its such a great deal and after the 4 classes youll be so engaged and have learned so much youll want to keep going!

Sambo instructors are cool but the owners are crooks. Oh yeah and you can black belts for 10 year olds.

WORST STAFF EVER. Do not recommend to anyone.
