The Cosumnes Community Services District Board bans fishing because they assumed fisherman was endangering wild life, yet i have ever seen a duck get tangled in fishing line and die from it from that park. Yet the vote unanimously by the people that feeds the ducks bread, which is bad for the ducks anyways. People leaving trash around can also endanger wildlife.
