What a welcoming environment for my grand daughter. We are so thankful for a preschool that is open this year due to all recent events. The awareness of the staff of safety and health precautions is so appreciated.

My grandson attends school here and he is so far ahead. He is learning lots there. I love going to Grandparents Day and havent missed one. The half day is organized and fun. All the teachers are caring.

My niece attends the school this year and I have to pick her up every day. The sweet teachers are so nice at the drive up pick up line putting her in the car in the heat, rain, and snow. Thy always tell me what a great day she had and what they are working on so I can pass it on to her mom. I am so thankful that my niece is in such caring hands every day. I am currently on the wait list already for next fall for the Toddler program for my son because it was full for this year. The office has already called to discuss his enrollment. They are very efficient with getting information to parents and prospective parents. I can’t wait for fall!

I wish we had known about this wonderful school when we were looking for a place to take our boys for a pre school early learning environment. Now being a working out of the home mom, I feel so good knowing that my daughter is being loved and cared for in the best way! Thank you to a wonderful team of educators for showing up 100% everyday and giving us such peace of mind with your nurturing and support! The last 3 years have been so amazing for our daughter being exposed to Montessori Method and so close to our home!

My daughter transferred to Montessori of Elkhart this past Fall into their Pre Primary program as we felt she wasn’t getting the “full package” from another local Montessori affiliated school. What a difference and we are extremely happy we made the switch! Her confidence has skyrocketed and the staff goes above and beyond to make her (and our entire family) welcome! She has gained several friends this past year and always comes home laughing and smiling about the work they did that day. They even have events for the children outside of school hours that really excites them and offers an opportunity to see their friends (and parents to know one another and mingle). Montessori of Elkhart is very flexible with drop off, lunch, and pick up times. Please consider joining Montessori of Elkhart as they put their hearts and souls into these children’s lives. I know we are definitely planning to come back next school year for Kindergarten! 💕

Wonderful school! My son has attended the last two years with the same teacher. I know he is in the best atmosphere for learning and development with nurturing teachers and staff. Ive referred two families to Elkhart Montessori and each family has had a great experience as well. Looking forward to his third year!

Good teachers, at least the ones that havent left there yet because of the director. The lack of transparency and out right lies parents have been told by director Chris Miller especially this year has us making the easy choice to find somewhere new. At least with the current administration in place I wouldnt consider this a place you want your child. This organization is required to make certain tax domenentation public as per their not for profit exempt status. The director refuses to produce any of this or even meet with concerned parents. I cant even get an email returned. They have been reported to the IRS as of this week if that tells you anything.Great teachers/ intolerable administrationOh yeah, and lunch was provided by the directors daughter, who prepared who knows what who knows where, then fed it to kids while happily accepting payment. Zero oversight, no compliance. No health codes to worry about there or anything. The money given from parents towards supplies is another laugh. All supplies are locked away from teachers at all times. They cant even access any of what is supposedly there.

I don’t recommend this place, the person that runs it is in it for the money. During hard times she is still forcing payments from parents and ignores parents like myself trying to get in touch with them. Everything comes with an extra charge. Plenty of other better rating schools around just not this one.

Second year in school with our kids. Great staff and peaceful environment. Glad we were here for the 50th anniversary year.

I believe Chris Miller is the director or in charge of admissions. I had two questions and she was short, extremely rude and instead of listening to my concerns she hung up on me. Why on earth would anyone chose to take your children to this school where the administration is so rude! Please please read up on reviews and personal experience! HORRIBLE ADMIN Speaks for HORRIBLE SCHOOL!

I have been a long parent and taught there for almost 4 yrs. The teaching staff is wonderful but there is so much mismanagement there and the teachers are not treates right.The office staff needs to go.

It is a park next to the river that happens in the middle of the city of elkhart in it is beautiful to visit with the family
