The service is awesome! Being on both sides (Employee and Customer) I know that their ethical standards are very important. I was their customer and received a lot of help from their staff. They were really friendly and helpful when I had any questions or concerns. It was nice to be treated with so much respect even though they were a bit busy at the time.

Majestic Security is one of the greatest jobs I’ve ever had. We’re like a family, Brad Stoll the owner and boss is very fair, understanding, and compassionate to all of the employees. I’ve never had a boss that pays sick pay when there is no sick pay available; he helps every employee out in every way not just financially, he’s also there whenever an employee needs someone to talk to or for advice.

I’ve been with the company since mid-August and I absolutely love my job. When it comes to money, some may say it’s not enough, but money isn’t the only thing I look at. I want to go to work everyday knowing that I enjoy it, even if it doesn’t pay much. The team is a family. We work together each and every day to catch the thieves. Communication is our strongest component as well attention to detail. I couldn’t ask for a better job, especially while being a full-time student. The management is very understanding about situations that arise and are really flexible.

I have used this company for a number of years for security at my companys special events. Nothing is too big or small for them to be of great service for us. Very responsive, before every event a guard shows up and goes over details related to the occasion such as people allowed in after hours and what is expected by everyone. No complaints whatsoever, just compliments. They are our first call.

I started off working a post they needed help on watching a building over night, from there I moved onto another location and from there moved up to a supervisor roll after showing them hard work, honesty and professionalism after several years.It hurts to see a few of the negative comments on here towards this company! I’ve not once ever been treated any different than any other human being that works for this company. When I was hired I was explained their policies and what they expected. I do believe if there’s a neg comment on here there’s another side of the story Majestic has I’d bet to believe. I’ve seen people come and go, and To some of those that have left probably deserved to be replaced. Majestic doesn’t ask much, just like any other company requires. On time, honesty, reliable and do your job your required to do. That easy!You give your company that kind of attitude each day and you’ll be treated with the upmost respect! I’ve worked for Majestic Security and have found the management easy to get along with. They are cooperative and take pride in the service and training they provide.I’ve also interacted with their guards out in the field at several locations and all have been professional and Courteous and well trained.

My husband has worked for this company for a few months now. At first it wasnt bad we have had a few hiccups along the way but Clay was very understanding. Now its been nothing but horrible. This is the 4th time my husband hasnt gotten his pay check on time. My husband has been told numerous times he is not in dress code because he has been waiting for a jacket and has been waiting for a hat and has been told theyre coming theyre coming and hes never gotten them he has asked repeatedly for them but they just magically never appear.Im sure there will be black lash for him with me posting this but something needs to change with the payment of the employees. We are a family of 5 we have bills to pay and thankful that our landlord is understanding but this will only last for so long. The excuse of sorry they didnt send them out on time and they dont so direct deposit will only be accepted so many times.

Im 55 and have been here with Magestic over 6 years, its the best Company I have ever worked for in my history of working since I was 16. The owners really care about thier employees and so does thier office staff, and had shown this too many times to count. My only regret is that I should had came here 30 years ago instead of 6 years ago. They have almost 300 employees but your never concidered as just a number like most of my previous employers, and that means alot to me.

Their security officers have always been very cordial in the offices I go to. They are very professional looking on the job site.

Terrible place to work for!!! The week I started I was prepared to wait 3 weeks for my check. I had issues with a babysitter so I couldnt work there. I let the supervisor know. He then held my check (WITHOUT TELLING ME) because of uniforms. If he would have told me I would have returned them sooner. I literally had to keep asking him about MY check. PSA they CANNOT hold your check for uniforms.

They have supported our Bill Deshone scholarship fund which gives many in our community the resources to pursue a chance to practice martial arts that would normally not have that chance. I had a horrible experience with one of the workers stationed at the bmw south bend I went to ask some basic questions at the bmv they informed me that they were closed unless I was coming in to get her CDL and I understood but the security guard was extremely rude to me and sarcastically told me to call the the governor for help I didnt think that was funny or acceptable for an answer I was embarrassed because there was other people in line when I asked for her boss her name and where she work see initially refused to tell me I finally figured out her name was April and see work for majestic security I was greatly offended by this coworker and I would not recommend majestic security to anyone cuz their practices are rude and unethical

Company is poorly trained Was FALSELY accused and detained for supposedly stealing , and was trying to call the company 6 times for over a month wity no response. Company sucks and explains why the employee was poorly trained alao....SMH

The staff is unreasonable, and rude. They are racist, and dont have any respect for their employees at all.
