Best CPR/First Aid course I’ve taken. Our instructor Patrice was welcoming, clear, and very knowledgeable. Effective instruction, good balance of lecture and practice. I am walking away feeling confident in my ability to respond in an emergency!

Instructor was thoughtful and thorough. Materials and environment were sanitized. I will use this training company again and refer my colleagues to receive their CPR certification here as well.

Have attended multiple classes in my career. This is the very first time, have learnt some vital information to practice in real life.Staff is extremely knowledgeable and of course they really tried and ensured that I get some of the practices close to perfect :-)

The “challenge” course is an efficient and cost effective way to recertify. I would strongly recommend! Will be back two years from now.

Over 30+ years, I have been through many BLS recertifications. This was as solid as any for sufficient testing and assessment. In terms of communication, facility, flexibility, availability and support, they top the list. I highly recommend this organization and its staff to any who are seeking the trainings they provide.
