I absolutely love this facility. The staff is incredible, and so strong willed about wanting to teach the kiddos! The preschool teacher is beyond wonderful. She takes her time and has a great amount of patience with the kids. & Michelle is the best of the best. Everyone is outgoing & it’s well worth it all! My son loves it there, and will be returning after summer :)

We moved from Florida a few years back where our daughter was going to a top-notch daycare. When we moved to Maryland, we were looking for a daycare to meet her previous daycares expectations, and I didnt think that we would find a daycare that could come close. When we found Lil Einsteins, we were extremely welcome with open arms and very kind staff that made it their mission to care for and watch over our daughter during the day.As our daughter transitions to kindergarten, she will no longer be attending Lil Einsteins, we will be deeply saddened during this transition not to see all of the great teachers and staff that we have built beautiful relationships with over the last several years. The staff is tireless servant leaders that care deeply for the safety, security, and education of all children that attendance their daycare.I highly recommend Lil Einsteins Learning Academy

My son attends this daycare and he loves it. I was very nervous to leave my child any where for that long (8 hours), but this daycare has video cameras that all the parents have access to on your phone and this made me more secure. Lil’ Einstein’s also gives a daily report on your child to keep you informed of whats going on in the facility. The teachers here are very attentive to the kids and the kids love the teachers. They place the children in groups according to how many teachers they have in a room and assign each teacher a certain amount of children. Being as though each teacher may only have 4 kids to look after, they get to know the children on a personal level and can pay more attention to your child. They provide breakfast and lunch along with snacks everyday, which is also one less thing to worry about. Curriculum is OUTSTANDING !!!!!!!!! and the staff are very helpful and they love the kids on a personal level.

We have two children at this program, and it is our first experience with daycare. In doing our research, this program seemed to be the best in the area and we are happy that this has been proven accurate. The availability of live camera is peace of mind even in itself, because it tells you that they are confident and will stand behind what they do. Everyone is always happy and friendly, and are flexible in addressing any issues or requests. At the end of the day, hearing our children say No thanks and may I... all the time at home is a reminder that we can feel food about having our kids attend this program.

Michelle, Nilda, and the entire staff are always pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. I feel like Im leaving my children with family. The atmosphere is inviting and the facility is well maintained. There are multiple playgrounds for various ages. The hours for the before and after care are very accommodating to parents who commute. The summer camp has fantastic excursions to aquariums, parks, and every where under the sun. My children have flourished in their environment and Im grateful for the care, support, and community which me and my children have received.

I love this daycare! The facility is clean and freshly painted, as they transitioned from Future Generations. The decorations throughout the school are adorable and they do a great job keeping up with the change of seasons and holidays. My son seems to be learning a lot, and is always in a good mood when I pick him up. The sign in/out process is quick and smooth, so I can continue with my day. The staff is so nice, friendly, and always greet me when I come in, as well as acknowledge my son. I feel that my son is safe here, and like the fact that they have separate playgrounds for different age levels. Thank you for all you do, Lil Einsteins, Elkton!

My 5 year old attends Kenmore Elementary and goes to before and after care at Lil Einsteins. She has been attending for a few years now and loves it. There is little to no turn over with the staff. They are friendly and I feel safe knowing they are in good hands. They are constantly keeping the kids engaged with crafts and projects. Clean, safe, and affordable.

As a mom with early learning in my background I was very selective when it came time for my one and only son to start school. LELA of Elkton is absolutely the best choice around!! The staff goes above and beyond caring for every child while maintaining focus on education and socialization. I couldnt be happier with what they have done for my son so far and wouldnt trust any other school with his future. Thank you so much to all LELA staff members who give it their all - day in and day out - putting the children and their families first.Additionally, it is very evident that he is well cared for every single day I pick him up:-Always put into clean dry clothes if he gets messy-Always given cold drinks of water on hot playground days-Always has sunblock on. Even bug spray when needed-Clearly taught conflict/resolution skills setting him up for successful social behavior-Teachers teach in a way that prepares children for real world- I appreciate that they dont coddle my son. Yes they comfort him if he gets injured but they allow him to learn from his own mistakes!-Teachers and directors prioritize open communication with parentsTHANK YOU SO MUCH LELA STAFF OF ELKTON!

My daughter loves going to lil einsteins! Everyday she runs to her classroom and gets her day started with her teachers and friends. The staff are extremely nice and understand the different needs of each individual student. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else for a preschool.

My daughter has been going to lil einsteins since she was a baby. Not once did she ever get a diaper rash or any other issues never arose. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by the teachers and director at lil einsteins..whom often bends over backwards for me just to accomadate!! Ive read the below nasty comment..and can assure that those types of things do not occure there..its shame to bash such a good center..bc it looks bad to those ppl whom have never been there. Lil einsteins is actually one of the most exspensive daycares around..so to say its a morgage payment than to say there one of the cheapest around actually is contradicting...bc there one of the best centers around!! Thank you lil einsteins for all your hard work!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! We had a terrible experience here! Please read before choosing a daycare:In Feb at pickup, the mac & cheese she had for lunch was still ALL over her. Her hair was matted together with cheese b/c they didnt clean her off before making her sleep like that for her nap! Nor did they care to put her in the change of clothes we provide for things like this.On 3/21 I got off work early but had not told the center I would be there early.. upon arrival (on this 37 DEGREE DAY) I found my kid outside with no socks & shoes on her feet. When I asked about this issue the finger was pointed at my child. When I asked to see the cameras (to see if she was repeatedly taking them off after her teachers best efforts to put them back on her) I was never shown the camera footage but instead was told the teacher was talked to... which leads me to believe they just were too careless to put my kids socks & shoes back on like I had figured! I counted this as strike 1 since I looked past the mac & cheese mess.On 5/14 my child had on sneakers & I have NEVER had a problem with them coming off her playing at home. Upon picking her up her shoes were tied so tight to her feet even I struggled to pull them off of her! & they were so tight it left red marks on her feet that caused a bruise! When I brought this issue to the director (HORRIBLE woman for accountability btw) I was told I should put my kid in velcro shoes from now on.. FINE. I did that to avoid this issue again. (Pictures of her feet dont even do it justice) STRIKE 2 for me. IT GETS BETTER!On 5/22 my child was bit. 4 TIMES in a matter of 20 minutes. I was called about the incident & was told she was bit twice but was ok. When I got there to pick her up she had FOUR bite marks. When I asked why there was 4 & I was only told about 2 of them the director immediately pointed fingers & said one of them was there when she was dropped off ...NO. I have no other children nor pets at home so how could she have been bit at home? It took me a week of talking to the director & teachers privately to FINALLY get the truth, however the director & teacher STILL tried to say that my daughter came in with bites already. Pictures below of all 4 bite marks but they still swear there were only 2 (clearly they cant count). The lack of accountability is mind blowing with this place Ill tell ya! This was my strike 3. I started looking for other centers but sadly the wait lists were unreal. In addition to the above the teachers here will stop your kid in the middle of eating & put them down for a nap (I had to call to ask them to let her finish eating since I of course have the camera access after everything I experienced here), then I find out that one of my daughters teachers were administering medicine to kids when she was not certified in the building to do so, then there was a day that my child had bit another kid (which happens to be my friends daughter) when I messaged her to apologize SHE HAD NO IDEA HER KID EVEN GOT BIT THAT DAY! The daycare didnt tell her that it even happened. Which is concerning b/c who knows what else they dont tell you happens, & lastly I am one of numerous parents who complained about our children not having access to a drink throughout the day (which I just found out is against licensing rules) after I have asked them multiple times to offer her a drink throughout the day. (they dont even take the kids cups outside when they are playing in the heat!)Its really a shame the management here is so terrible & the teachers are only there for a check & not to genuinely care for the kids because my daughter LOVES other kids so of course she was so excited to go everyday & play. But needless to say we found a much better center & good riddance to this place I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ELKTON LIL EINSTEINS!!! I hope you look elsewhere for childcare rather than pay a mortgage for the poor care this place provides. Theres a reason theyre the cheapest center around. Get what ya pay for is true! Ill post photos after this review.

Its a shame because when my son first started at Little Einsteins he was in the 3 year old room with Michelle and Olivia and this was the first time I actually saw teachers that cared for once and my son actually looked forward to going to daycare (or as my son would call it school) everyday and everything was excellent up until both Michelle and Olivia left the 3 year old room around the beginning of the summer and the building has went downhill ever since! There was no consistency all summer long, and there were always different teachers all the time and never the same teachers (and my son is all about consistency and yearns for a consistent daily schedule) so this threw my son off entirely the whole summer and start of fall! My son has an IEP through the school system along with he sees other specialists at A.I Dupont and Little Einsteins would continue to say they were going to work with me and my son and then would never follow through or were never consistent with his behavioral modifications and instead would just continue to SUSPEND my 3 year old! Not just once but SEVERAL times! Ive never in my life heard of any daycare suspending a 3 year old especially knowing that he has a disability and knowing that he doesnt even understand what suspension even means!! So if your child has any kind of learning disabilities or has any kind of behavioral issues at all dont waste your time and money on Little Einsteins because they werent willing to accommodate any of my sons needs and mind you they would max out the ratio of child per teacher (which is interesting now that I have just enrolled my son into an new daycare and they gave me copies from Maryland State law stating to me that for 3 year olds its supposed to be 10 kids to 1 teacher ratio) which when my son was at Little Einsteins there was definitely more than that! Ive got to say since Ive just pulled my child out of Little Einsteins this past week (because of once again they suspended my 3 year old for the rest of the week ONCE AGAIN) Ive realized I should have taken him out of Little Einsteins a LONG time ago! But it now feels amazing to not have to worry on a daily basis about whether im going to get a phone call to come pick my son up or to hear that I have to miss work once AGAIN for them to keep suspending my 3 year old! Little Einsteins only cares about the money in their pockets instead they should be more interested in giving each child the best care and education! Just from my experience dont waste your time or money!
