This is not another class course that you take at any gym. This is different and focuses on important life changing methods for defense and martial arts mechanism. Tom Gallo is a very knowledgeable individual who puts you to the test and surprises with everyone with all his tricks up his sleeves.Mike Lans is an intense individual who isnt afraid to push you to the limits and make you believe that we can go beyond our known capabilities. I take the kickboxing class which is a great combination of strength training, defense and focuses on actual boxing, I love it. Especially with my new gloves that i bought from TACTICS. I will definitely immerse into the knife class as it seems interesting and trains us more to be more focused and self conscious of our surroundings.You wont be disappointed taking courses here and best of all, it is affordable.
