Our 2 young boys have been going to Encinitas Karate for 5 years and love it. The instructors are fantastic with kids and teach respect, confidence, and responsibility along with self defense. They make class fun but serious when appropriate. Highly recommend kid classes here!

My son has been going to Encinitas Karate for a year and it has been a wonderful experience. He has learned and grown so much in terms of skills and self-confidence. Master Castle and the team of instructors do a fantastic job in personalizing their approach with children to help them learn at their individual level. Such a wonderful experience for my 8 year old son. He has gained confidence and an understanding of working hard towards a goal. My son has greatly improved his listening skills and has become more respectful. The instructors are wonderful and truly care about each student. The whole experience has been fun and extremely beneficial to my sons character development.

We love coming here because our kids love it. This studio is run in a very family-oriented way and with the students as a top priority. You can tell that all the instructors are comfortable with helping kids who need it but also pushing them to do their best in a fun way.

I have been taking Karate lessons on and off for the past 45 years. Master Castle and her staff are not only talented in Martial Arts, but possess a fantastic ability to teach others. As a father of one daughter, I also want to mention that Master Castle is a fantastic example and role model to young women that their gender should not keep them from doing and being whoever they want to be in this world.

We’ve been coming to Encinitas karate for 6 months our 4 year old loves it! We go to class several times a week and he’s improved greatly since we started coming. The teachers are great with the kids and they are good about challenging the kids but also knowing when it’s time for them to move up. Highly recommend come here!

Encinitas Karate is a great karate studio! My son has been going since he was 3 years old (he’s 8 now) and really loves it. They teach karate as well as respect for yourself and others. Very family oriented.

Fantastic studio with great instructors. Santhi, the owner is a wonderful instructor. My kids love it and my older son got his 3rd degree black belt and went here for 13 years. My younger son had been going here for 1 1/2 and hes enjoying it.

Great self defense training and exercise, but perhaps more importantly kids learn discipline, respect and accountability.
