Chef Michelle is awesome and classes are a blast. Very interactive, stuff you could realistically make at home, and delicious. Definitely recommend!

It wasnt worth going to for me, but if you would just like a different date night out, you might like it. Everyone attending was very nice.The chef is very nice and tries to make it a nice night for everyone.You eat everything at the end so you will get a decent meal out of it.Just a warning...Dont expect to learn how to do all the things listed. You only make one. For myself, it was Brownies (which I could make in my sleep) so I didnt learn anything at all.If you go in with the right attitude, though, Im sure you will enjoy it.

Chef Michelle catered our holiday party for 36 people. She and her staff were great. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. She worked with us to create the perfect menu, including multiple appetizers, three main course dinner options, several sides, and dessert. They showed up on time, were well organized, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend hiring Phantom Chef for your next event.

Chef Michelle and her staff were wonderful. I had worked a wedding a few years back for a friend and I was so impressed with her that I had to have her for my own big day. The food was DELICIOUS. She worked with me to create our own custom menu. She was readily available for any questions I had along the way and her staff was inout and all cleaned up. I cant stress enough that with her you DONT have to stress about the food for your event. 5 stars. I wouldnt have changed a thing. Thank you again Phantom Chef, Im one happy bride!

Delicious and delectable meal with ample portions. Arrived promptly and was perfectly prepared. Every detail impeccably attended to. No doubt will be ordering again.

Chef Michelle was extremely professional and always had time to take a phone call if I had any questions or additions to the menu at my sisters bridal shower.The food was amazing! The chicken salad finger sandwiches were addictive (and gone immediately) and the Caprese finger sandwiches must have had basil picked from a garden just before she arrived; Ive never tasted the herb so fresh! Everyone was commenting on the delicious roasted garlic and every vegetable was cooked to perfect warmth and crunchiness and the chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake squares were indulgent delicacies.One of the guests ended up having a very new vegan/gluten free diet that we didnt know about until just before the event and Chef Michelle accommodated beautifully by making her a beautiful salad loaded with fresh spinach and fruit.I would 150% recommend Phantom Chef catering!
